Nice examples! I just got my Challenger and haven’t got enough miles in the seat yet to see if I need to change the stock one. But nice to know there are options.
I’ve pretty much tested a lot of windshields, and they all look different and manage wind different. Right now, I’m using the Indian flare shield, which is light smoke shaded. If my other shields had a flare, like Klock Werks I’ve probably use them..as long as they’re light smoke and not dark tinted (I ride at night) and to many retread tires, animals in my backyard riding.
Im 6'0, and the 11" Freedom shield at its lowest point...I see over. At its highest point I see through the windshield. I did try the 13", but it was too tall for me. I liked the flare shield from Indian, but only if they had a slight taller one. I'm thinking of ordering a Klocks Werks shield as a trial...time will tell. Hope this helped. Forgot to mention, my Saddlemen seat...I sit a bit higher then the stock Indian seat.

I put a Ultimate seat on my Challenger. Raised me up a bit. I have the stock windshield on now. I am looking.
