Instead of conducting an investigation, they see it as a blow to national pride. Just like they would report fraud within their own country, the same should be done here. The day I read the report I felt this time Hindenburg tactics aren't going to work and that's exactly what has happened on Monday. Yes, it did drop slightly, but that's due to the general negative sentiment in the market rather than Hindenburg "exposing" SEBI chief. If they just keep focusing on one company time and time again, next time people won't even flick an eye for their report. On top of this, Adani's representatives didn't even respond. That shows how lightly they have taken Hindenburg's allegations. Sounds like Hindenburg still has short exposure to the stock from the positions they took the last time. Perhaps their strategy is to make a series of allegations and slowly unwind their short positions when the stock dips from the initial shock of their allegations. The stock might go back eventually once the allegations is disproved, but they would have used that opportunity to book profits or just simply close out some of the shorts.

For example, Madhavi's ownership in a consulting firm and Hindenburg's response to Madhavi could have been included. Sucheta Dalal's observations on how SEBI could have handled this issue were enlightening. There are serious questions about Madhavi's integrity. SEBI's investigation against the Adani allegations by Hindenburg was a shoddy job with many unanswered questions. If IIFL could quickly clarify Madhavi's investments abroad, I wouldn't see why SEBI can't track down other investors in those funds. I hope SEBI investigates this matter seriously. 2 of the 3 allegations are BS. Only the Agora Advisory allegation, may have conflict of interest, but again why should her husband be prevented from doing business. As long as Adani is not the client, I don't see the issue here. That she must clarify.

The day I read the report I felt this time Hindenburg tactics aren't going to work and that's exactly what has happened on Monday.
Yes, it did drop slightly, but that's due to the general negative sentiment in the market rather than Hindenburg "exposing" SEBI chief.
If they just keep focusing on one company time and time again, next time people won't even flick an eye for their report.
On top of this, Adani's representatives didn't even respond. That shows how lightly they have taken Hindenburg's allegations.

Sounds like Hindenburg still has short exposure to the stock from the positions they took the last time. Perhaps their strategy is to make a series of allegations and slowly unwind their short positions when the stock dips from the initial shock of their allegations. The stock might go back eventually once the allegations is disproved, but they would have used that opportunity to book profits or just simply close out some of the shorts.

Thanks for explaining the fund structure. If this fund structure is proper, it is concerning. You could have given the whole picture if you waited this long to release the video. For example, Madhavi's ownership in a consulting firm and Hindenburg's response to Madhavi could have been included. Sucheta Dalal's observations on how SEBI could have handled this issue were enlightening. There are serious questions about Madhavi's integrity. SEBI's investigation against the Adani allegations by Hindenburg was a shoddy job with many unanswered questions. If IIFL could quickly clarify Madhavi's investments abroad, I wouldn't see why SEBI can't track down other investors in those funds. I hope SEBI investigates this matter seriously. First of all , why are you trusting hindenburg so much , it is making money with false allegations as it is a short sellers , you are a pure congress bhakt , adani is helping develop the country, however the opposition parties, george soros and hindenburg and ravish kumar cannot digest that so this is a ploy to target the government as adani is a scapegoat .

They don't have balls to do that because if they did then hindenberg can ask for some important documents to defend themselves. We know that Adani will never give any documents because it is a fraud company people in the stock market knew this even before hindenberg case. I am in the stock market from 2010 and no mutual fund was buying Adani before hindenberg case no expert was recommending Adani stock because they were ridiculously overvalued and still are. But gov through LIC bought overpriced overvalued Adani stocks. Adani will never filed case against hindenberg in America because they can't bribe judges from supreme court and high courts like they do in india

I think, adani is rotating money illegally using fii and keeping 75% + ownership in his some of companies and also inflating share price by not providing much liquidity in the share. Why people are not able to understand this.

If adani has been holding more than 75% of the holding in its companies then how did his shares fell 5 - 10 - 20% lower circuit for 1 - 2 weeks after hindenburg report in 2023?

@@swayamkhandelwal1775 they don't hold 100%, some holding is from public, public can easily panic and sell. Adani is using share plagging very well. Just understand share plage and even other companies in masket use similar concept but they are not trading at inflated price. I like one company from adani group that is adani port rest are not transparent and good one.
