- It's challenge time yet again! And in this one, we see what the best coaster you can make is that's less than 1000 feet long. It was a fun little challenge, and I think the results were much better than 1 hour challenge as the coaster reflects a much smoother and well thought out layout. As I mentioned in the video, I can put this up as a blueprint on the workshop if you guys fancy using it in your parks, but only if you have the V3 mod (this coaster pretty much depends on it). Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy the video, and feel free to suggest any future challenge ideas in the future!

Challenge idea: Can you make a GOOD coaster that only turns right? (cough cough twisted timber’s)

It would be cool to see you make a pier type of park with a realistic coaster line up or something like cedar point. With your skill you could seriously make a great park! Also here’s a challenge idea: Make a coaster that doesn’t go above 35 ft but reaches 35+ MPH. It would be fun to see you make a really low to the ground coaster.
I actually have something quite similar in the works, but I'll release more info in the future! Also good challenge idea! I'll keep that in mind :)

Awesome video! I usually don't watch planet coaster videos but this was really entertaining... you did something right keep it up lol
I'm begging for somebody to create a mod that will automatically smoothen a track into 1m sections - I feel like there's a lot of math that would need to be done, and it would probably be janky at first, but I don't think there's anything really preventing some form of automatic conversion
As do I! But it might be a while before something like that could be plausible
I’d say have an option in the mod so it can be made into 1 - 3m track and not always be 1m

@@Zach-Zach I wanna make one of those so bad but I have no idea how to get a launch on the Mack water coaster in the game.
@@sipsteaanditsunsweet5618 put the water coaster train on a vector track and make your layout. Remake the same model with the trex track and lay it over the vector track and yeah I think it’s from intamin instead of Mack but in planco it probably doesn’t matter

Challenge idea: make some really messed up terrain, and make a good coaster without cutting into the terrain.
This looks awesome, like a multi-launch Vekoma family boomerang
The risk of valleying would be very high though

Are you using mods?? I want to be able to do the stuff you're doing like being able to put PTC trains on a strata coaster. Do you have a tutorial?

i have an idea for a challenge: take the layout of a coaster, but make it a totally different ride and manufacturer. like a different concept for the same ride (like in magnum xl200s spot)

To really challenge you do 4m track no tmtk and see how realistic you can make your ride also no mods.
That'd be a major challenge...alot of my older coasters seem to have that 🗿

When it comes to replacing the missing misses, like where the shuttle launch us, how would one do that?
Make a blueprint of the coaster, put a normal launch in the invisible place, then put the second coaster where that launch straight would go
What mods do you use? I have the asce and v3 but how did you get the station to be invisible?
Its the shuttle launch station on the mack track, you'll have it if you have v3!

@@Zach-Zach Station is invisible with Invisible Doodads but it's unstable when you uninstall so I don't recommend you use that but the invisible track pieces are from the Mack Hyper shuttle booster

How did you get the thing where it says the coasters real life counterpart? For me the Eurofighter just says Barghest.
Its a mod from the PlanCo Mod Server. I think its called awesomerenamingmod or something

Eh???? You can make an 8.8/4.5/1.0 with almost no track at all.
Not about the planet coaster stats, it’s about the coaster being smooth and a good layout
@@lkacoasters160 Aaaah yes, of course. I'd still say you don't need 1000m for stats and smoothness but yeah, probably do for the good layout you mentioned.
Yeah the coaster stats in planco are kind of difficult to go by, and as such I don't use them!
why is this not a real coaster
I would've preferred if you set some more specific criteria than "good" at the start of the video. What is "good"? For years I've had a bunch of coasters that are less than 1000ft on the workshop that have 3 green ratings, the entire point to be cheap, small-footprint, "exciting" coasters (one is 10+ excitement). TERRIBLE coasters by any real world critera, but the game thinks they're great.
