About Patricia (Pat) Sheveland RN, CMC, PCC
Patricia (Pat) Sheveland has been in the healing profession since she was in her teens. Pat sees herself as a holistic healing guide for families, helping them find healing of mind, body, and spirit from the impact of emotional trauma such as grief and abandonment.
As Pat stepped into her second half of life, she realized her soul purpose: to be a light for those who grieve. As a child born to grieving parents, Pat understands firsthand the impact long-term buried grief from the death of a child can have on the family as a whole, including the trauma of having the family broken apart through divorce and abandonment. For over a decade, countless clients have found peace and purpose in their grief with Pat’s compassionate guidance.

Having lost her father to ALS at age 11 and her stepfather to cancer at 15, she intimately understands the profound impact and deep pain of grief on both mind and body.
