The daughter's name IS Beatrice, although NOBODY calls her that. Go back to Pilot episode when she introduced herself to Lucifer when they first met in the school.
Several things to add regarding this show. First the episode title as you may have already surmised, is mentioned in the episode by someone, often Lucifer himself. Second, the music in the episode, has particular meaning, especially the lyrics. It usually ties in with the episode. Third, Lucifer has never killed a human directly. He may draw out their innermost desire(s) which may cause them to do something that eventually leads to their death later, but he doesn't out right kill them. He isn't evil per se, he punishes evil. That's his role as King of Hell as forced upon him by his father God.
God is beyond vindictive. Just look at any Bible. He preformes a miracle or 2 here and there, but he has killed trillions of people. If we are created in His image, and he has a plan for all of us, then by simple reasoning, he has allowed ghengis khan to be born, Mao Zedong, Joseph Stain, Robert Kajuga, Jean-Bosco Baraygwiza, and Adolf Hitler. If God is created us all, then he is responsible for tens of millions of dead. And that's not even counting any "Crusade" God is a cruel vindictive son of a bich. I believe in my pantheon of God's. Right or wrong.. iv been dying for years. I expect I'll find out soon enough. And if I see God.... I expect I'll punch him in the mouth and request Valhalla.

Happy you are becoming a Lucifan. These first three seasons were on Fox, then Fox cancelled the show. Netflix picked it up after a worldwide social media eruption of support #SaveLucifer. Netflix was only going to finish one more season with 10 episodes, but then the 5th (16 episodes split in two parts) and 6th (10 episodes) seasons were announced giving the writers and show runners (Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson) ample room to finish the series. Though the pain of this show ending seems unbearable, we can rejoice that season 3 was not the end.

The Would Be Prince of Darkness- Thank you so much for a new reaction for Lucifer, my friends! I enjoy this episode a lot too. The overall case is good, but like always... the characters are what make me love this episode and the entire series. The cases and the bad guys may seem simple and easy for us to determine who might be the killer some of the time, if not most of the time. However, this show is most certainly all about these characters and their developments. Especially the development between Lucifer and Chloe, as well as Lucifer, Amenadiel, and Maze while they spend their time here on Earth among humans, which is out of each of their elements. The characters are why this show is loved by so many fans. Now... I absolutely love how Chloe is continuing to look into Lucifer to try to figure out how Lucifer does all his weirdness she's witnessed from him. The scene between her and Trixie is adorable. I love how Chloe is upfront with her daughter about why she's looking into Lucifer, and I love how Trixie asks her mother if Lucifer is a magician. So cute!! My favorite moment comes in the ending, when Lucifer suddenly becomes the Devil within him when the agent cruelly talks about having killed the innocent woman just to get her phone away from her. I love seeing the darkness in Lucifer's eyes as he's starring coldly at the killer, then how he suddenly thrusts the agent through the glass wall beside them like he weighs nothing at all. But more so... I love how Chloe is able to talk Lucifer down and bring the good in him back out once she calms him. Chloe can snap Lucifer out of his anger induced like trance like no one else can. And this moment for Lucifer really shows that he truly does care about the humans, when the Devil wouldn't act as far as the world sees the Devil to be. It's phenomenal acting from Tom Ellis, and phenomenal writing for such a character. And I love it!! I also love how hard Lucifer works to prove that Ty is innocent, and as we learn throughout the episode, Lucifer definitely feels guilty for butting into this young man's life and getting him into such deep trouble. Especially since because if he hadn't have, then the young woman wouldn't have been killed. And you can see as such in the end when Joe begins talking cruelly about Ali, which is why Lucifer becomes so angry at him and shoves him through the glass wall. And thanks to Linda, his therapist... Lucifer, while he denies it out loud of course, comes to realize that he's begun to love getting justice for the innocents, while still appreciating being able to punish those who are evil. He also tells Linda in the end that he appreciates being able to punish the evil by his own terms now that he's continued to rebel against God upon choosing to stay here on Earth, and not because his father is forcing him into punishing the evil in the world he was once forced into any longer. And this is very important for his character. This show is all about Lucifer trying to find himself as he strives to become who he truly wants to be by his own terms, and not who he's been forced to become, or who mankind expects him to be. I really love this about this show. And I really appreciate its perspective on why Lucifer is possibly so drawn to helping the innocent and only punishing the bad, given that Lucifer has always only ever punished the evil people while ruling over Hell since only the evil souls are taken to Hell upon their deaths. It's great! I am loving the scenes between Lucifer and Linda while he continues to go to therapy. It's silly because he sleeps with her, in spite of them sleeping together being unethical. However, I absolutely love how she also continues to help him understand his dilemmas, while also helping him to figure out the sides of him he doesn't really understand. Therapy is a really clever way I think, to help Lucifer find himself. And these scenes between these two characters are just always done very well. And lastly... I also really love the side storyline with Lucifer discovering someone has been impersonating him and ruining the "Lucifer brand" as he calls it. I love how Lucifer allows himself to once again show the darkness inside of him when he goes to punish the impersonator, only to become snapped out of his trance yet again when Maze cruelly states that seeing him punish this kid is like Lucifer punishing himself. I don't think she meant to be cruel, but you can see on Lucifer's face that her words actually hurt him a little, and I like this. I like it, because it gives reason for why he suddenly stops himself for falling back into his own darkness. Lucifer sees himself as evil and yet he doesn't want to be. He doesn't want to be what all of humanity, history, and religion believe him to be, so he quickly comes to realize that the kid doesn't deserve to be punished so brutally like he initially wanted. His anger on him was most certainly displaced because he was angry that Ty was being punished for the cruel act committed by the real killer. His anger towards the impersonator and the humor Lucifer brings out throughout this storyline is hilarious, and it's another reason I love Tom Ellis in this role. He's phenomenal at going from being funny, to sad, to afraid, and to angry, etc... at the drop of a hat, and his emotions can change very quickly. I absolutely love it!! I really love how childlike Lucifer really is when it comes to him trying to understand all of these new feelings he's never felt before until he came to live here on Earth. Even his pain, fear, and anger, all of which I suspect are feelings that he has definitely felt before, but doesn't really understand them at all. It's all really brilliant, because this characteristic in Lucifer makes for such an intriguing character whom I love very much. And his humor certainly adds further to it too. :) Overall... I really enjoy this episode. It's fun and cleverly written. The storyline with the football player, his girlfriend, and his agent is fun, and seeing Lucifer continuing to try to understand humanity and their emotions is phenomenal. I also love the continued dynamic between Lucifer and Chloe while he works hard to keep with her on her cases in spite of his weirdness. Thank you so much! I can't wait for more like always!!! If you think about it Lucifer has always sought out justice. He is the person that holds the bad guys accountable in Hell (which is essentially a prison) and is the victims justice. He punishes those guilty and gets justice. Chloe and Lucifer always have had the same jobs when it comes to seeking justice for victims except Lucifer is the final voice in that justice.
You two are waaaaaay overthinking it. Trixie is just a precocious & charming child. Edit: they usually go through two or even three suspects they are _certain_ is guilty before they find the actual killer.

The murder-of-the-week bit is ok, but the ongoing background story is wild and full of unexpected twists that will keep you guessing--usually incorrectly! At the end she was looking at how did someone of moderate build casually throw someone weighting 300lbs with one hand 20 feet! As a black belt with many, many years of training I could launch someone that size one handed 2 or 3 body lengths but it would take massive movement and energy to shift them that far - just standing still it would be impressive seeing someone throw a person much more than a body length one handed, yet he did about five body lengths and through a plate glass window without barely shifting his stance. I doubt a gorilla could do that, let alone a lean human!

11:45 little detail, but the timestamp in the corner doesn't check out. They wanted to know where she was between 1 and 3. You see her there at 22:18 (already eating) and she stayed there 3 hours according to themselves. So, when she left there it would be around 1 O'clock. So that matches up perfectly with the time of murder. If anything this would make it more suspect.
Lucifer and maze are so freakin' hot!!! I used to love police procedural shows but then started to get kinda bored of them, so wasn't sure I would like this. But I definitely did like it. And I will say it gets better with every season. The most. Recent one (season 5a) is SO good and is my favorite so far. As it goes on it does get less police procedural.
Fun fact: Technically, even though he‘s the devil, he isn‘t Satan, because Satan is the actual evil itself, and the show‘s Lucifer isn‘t evil, but actually hated his „job“ in hell

Hello ladies, I watched about 10 different RUclipsrs that reacted to Lucifer. You are the first ones that mention 'Maze, what if she does something with Chloe or something to Chloe'. Well, I dont want to spoil, but this topic will be covered 😈 The show is also written quite well and there are some nice story plots and for some episodes you'll need to wear safety belts due to the rollercoaster of emotions you'll going through 😍😥😀 With each episode, you'll also get more and more bits of background info on Lucifer, his family, Maze, Dr. Linda, Trixie, Chloe, etc. And if you are lucky, you may also get the very rare moments when you think 'Wasnt that Lucifer's dad doing ?' or 'Is this Lucifer's dad ?' 👼 Again, the show is well written and what I like a lot is that every side character is getting some space and time to tell his story. It is a procedural, but kind of procedural light, given that the cases are not the important part of the show to focus on. They are just the framework, but it's the character development that's important, and moreso as time goes on. That's the way I've always seen it.
They've never made a point of stating that he can. But he sure does pop up instantly and mysteriously in places, and they never explain how he does it. It's definitely weird, and would make you think he CAN teleport.

I see you are on a new show. Lucifer is officially part of the Arrowverse ("Crisis on Infinite Earths"). Lucifer is based on the character from the famous Neil Gaiman Sandman DC comic books. But except for Maz (Mazikeen in the comics) and The Lux club , there are few direct references, his characterization is much the same. He really did retire from Hell. He does not lie. He does not cause people to do evil acts (he was the first being after God to express free will after all), but enjoys punishing those who do. In the DC comic books, he along with the Archangel Michael created the DC Omniverse after being created and trained by Yahweh (God). He has every power there is, except he cannot create something from nothing unless he works with Michael.
I don't think this is spoiler but I like the idea that Chloe was destined to cross Lucifer's path much like Ethan's role in the Beautiful Creatures Story. The dude has no powers per say compared to his girlfriend's family but he is important to ensure that she stayed on the right path.
Ok just to make it easy on you guys this is a very simple show the most complex thing on the show is the case/cop stuff and maybe Chloe/Lucifer relationship
you have to remember it's Lucifer's job in hell to punish the wicked and even though he is on earth Lucifer can't turn away from his eternal duty in punishing the wicked hence working with the police

They *NEED* five seasons of character development for what awaits them!
Yeah, but in episode 1, in the school, she tells Lucifer her name is Beatrix but they call her Trixie. I'm not sure where they got "Trixella." Maybe someone called her that. Sounds like something Maze would say, but I don't think Maze has met Trixie yet? (I'm following so many reactors who are all at different points in the series, it's hard to keep track of who knows what, lol.)

After Fox cancelled Lucifer, Dexter become my go to favorite. So Lucifer punishes evil and Dexter sends the evil ones Lucifers way: great arrangement!

The murder-of-the-week bit is ok, but the ongoing background story is wild and full of unexpected twists that will keep you guessing--usually incorrectly! At the end she was looking at how did someone of moderate build casually throw someone weighting 300lbs with one hand 20 feet! As a black belt with many, many years of training I could launch someone that size one handed 2 or 3 body lengths but it would take massive movement and energy to shift them that far - just standing still it would be impressive seeing someone throw a person much more than a body length one handed, yet he did about five body lengths and through a plate glass window without barely shifting his stance. I doubt a gorilla could do that, let alone a lean human!

Chloe's daughter tells Lucifer her name is Beatrice but everyone calls her Trixie. Then later Chloe does call her Tixella. You were both right.
11:45 little detail, but the timestamp in the corner doesn't check out. They wanted to know where she was between 1 and 3. You see her there at 22:18 (already eating) and she stayed there 3 hours according to themselves. So, when she left there it would be around 1 O'clock. So that matches up perfectly with the time of murder. If anything this would make it more suspect.

I used to love police procedural shows but then started to get kinda bored of them, so wasn't sure I would like this. But I definitely did like it. And I will say it gets better with every season. The most. Recent one (season 5a) is SO good and is my favorite so far. As it goes on it does get less police procedural.
Fun fact: Technically, even though he‘s the devil, he isn‘t Satan, because Satan is the actual evil itself, and the show‘s Lucifer isn‘t evil, but actually hated his „job“ in hell

I watched about 10 different RUclipsrs that reacted to Lucifer. You are the first ones that mention 'Maze, what if she does something with Chloe or something to Chloe'. Well, I dont want to spoil, but this topic will be covered 😈
The show is also written quite well and there are some nice story plots and for some episodes you'll need to wear safety belts due to the rollercoaster of emotions you'll going through 😍😥😀
With each episode, you'll also get more and more bits of background info on Lucifer, his family, Maze, Dr. Linda, Trixie, Chloe, etc. And if you are lucky, you may also get the very rare moments when you think 'Wasnt that Lucifer's dad doing ?' or 'Is this Lucifer's dad ?' 👼
Again, the show is well written and what I like a lot is that every side character is getting some space and time to tell his story.

yea this is basically a procedural with over arching plot threads about the main cast .
It is a procedural, but kind of procedural light, given that the cases are not the important part of the show to focus on. They are just the framework, but it's the character development that's important, and moreso as time goes on. That's the way I've always seen it.

Lucifer can't teleport and Amendial used his wings to teleporting
They've never made a point of stating that he can. But he sure does pop up instantly and mysteriously in places, and they never explain how he does it. It's definitely weird, and would make you think he CAN teleport.

@@jaredzhou2428 I can think of so many scenes when they are not there, and then suddenly they are, with no doors opening or anything indicating something other than just appearing. I don't want to give examples, but I don't want to put spoilers here. But it's weird and unexplained.
@@PerthTowne I think it's just typical Hollywood sloppiness, mostly because there are a _couple_ of instances where being able to teleport would have changed the story. (He gets trapped at _least_ once, though I don't want to say more because spoilers.) I admit that I'm still not 100% sure he can't, though, but that's the way I lean.

I see you are on a new show. Lucifer is officially part of the Arrowverse ("Crisis on Infinite Earths"). Lucifer is based on the character from the famous Neil Gaiman Sandman DC comic books. But except for Maz (Mazikeen in the comics) and The Lux club , there are few direct references, his characterization is much the same. He really did retire from Hell. He does not lie. He does not cause people to do evil acts (he was the first being after God to express free will after all), but enjoys punishing those who do. In the DC comic books, he along with the Archangel Michael created the DC Omniverse after being created and trained by Yahweh (God). He has every power there is, except he cannot create something from nothing unless he works with Michael.

I don't think this is spoiler but I like the idea that Chloe was destined to cross Lucifer's path much like Ethan's role in the Beautiful Creatures Story. The dude has no powers per say compared to his girlfriend's family but he is important to ensure that she stayed on the right path.
The storyline of this show is much better than that of supernatural, and each season is better than the last.

Seriously, there is an _amazing_ amount of character development over five seasons (thus far). For fun -- watch the entire series, then go back and re-watch the pilot episode. Then ... imagine *THAT* Lucifer and Chloe being transported into the last half of 5x13. You'll laugh your butt off! They *NEED* five seasons of character development for what awaits them!

Yeah, but in episode 1, in the school, she tells Lucifer her name is Beatrix but they call her Trixie. I'm not sure where they got "Trixella." Maybe someone called her that. Sounds like something Maze would say, but I don't think Maze has met Trixie yet? (I'm following so many reactors who are all at different points in the series, it's hard to keep track of who knows what, lol.)

Some say Trixie might be Lucifer's daughter, like maybe God created her in Chloe's womb, to be Lucifer's and not Dan's. Guess will find out in the future, on future episodes.
