Lucifer came to peace with his guilt. His guilt fueled the tortures in his room. Remember how guilty he felt after killing his brother? What was he punished with in his room of torture? Your guilt is what fuels your punishments in hell. Once redemed he got his wings back. Also angels arent ugly, lucifer despite being cast of hell is still first and foremost an angel even if fallen. His devil face went away because he opened himself up to love. Thus isnt ugly anymore

In general, I think that season 3 is not the best season of the show but it has a lot of usefull info. And it has some nice plots for the side characters like Maze, Ella and Dr. Linda Martin ! For the last episodes of season 3, please prepare yourself with a huge supply of tissues, you will need them ! Always remember: There is no light without darkness. What puzzled me about this episode is, why is it that, after Dr. Linda refused to cut off his wings, why didn't he ask Chloe to? Surely seeing his wings would have been less disturbing to Chloe than seeing his devil face. Additionally, if Chloe cut his wings off, she would not have even had to have used Maze's Hell blades.

Ella is the complete opposite of me. I refuse to believe in faith because it's nothing more than false hope. And just from that sentence alone, it's clear how different we are. She's an optimist and I'm a pessimist.
What you said at 13:13 is exactly what I think faith is about, as a believer in God: No one knows God’s plan, but if you believe there is a God and that he has a plan for you, if you believe he cares and watches over you no matter what happens, then no matter what happens you will always see the good in things, accept and move on, so you will never feel alone or depressed about whatever happens. This is the power of faith, the power of believing. And in the end, it is your own actions, because you believe, that lead you to better outcomes. It is still free will. The characters don’t see it like god is doing what is best for them… they often think they are being punished or messed up with, so that is what they get out of their interpretations, that is what they manifest. It is really funny that this profound lesson is something you can take out of a television show… Not sure it was intended though 😂 PS- This is even funnier because it is almost a spoiler 😂😂😂

I'm glad you've reached Season 3. I know this season gets a lot of bashing from some people, but it's good. In fact, some of the best episodes and scenes of the series are in Season 3. The one problem is that it is longer than it probably needed to be. They make some detours in this season that don't end up going anywhere. So people got impatient with moving the story forward. Also, I think a lot of hating on Season 3 is because things happens in Season 3 that people did not like. No spoilers. You'll find out. It's a long trek, but definitely worth the journey. Looking forward to your discussions. :)
I agree, overall season two was better, but some of the best episodes were in this season. I just can't figure out whether the bonus episode "Boo Normal" is best viewed after "Vegas With a Radish" or after "Brother's Keeper".
Ik im late watching the reaction but i was wondering who else notice the robber in the start of this episode was from last season 1st episode and it becomes a running joke through the seaasons
Heads up! The Last Kingdom season 5 comes out soon! It will be the final season, but there will be a movie that takes place after s5 also. So the movie will be the true finale ☺️
Hopefully you two keep up with the 2 ep per week schedule.. otherwise this is gonna be a loooooong slog. lol. It's not a great season by any means, but the latter half sort of makes up for a lot of it's shortcomings. S4+5+6 is fire
Lucifer left Lee in his underwear just as he did in S2 when he was robbing the jewelry store. As others mentioned, this is the longest and weakest season even though the finale was really good. The finale is E 24. E 25 & 26 are bonus episodes that got aired since the show had been cancelled. This season has a bunch of filler episodes but I actually really liked them, more than the overall story.
Ah yes, the season that literally got the show cancelled. The “manliner” season. You could literally watch just the first couple of episodes and the last couple of episodes and miss absolutely nothing. But season 4 is absolutely 100% worth suffering through this mess.

season 3 is long but 4, 5 and 6 are all top tier, and the better 3 seasons. it is so worth getting through.
