The lighting on Lucifer's eyes was so menacing when he was confronting the killer, that was a cool scene. Be patient , this season is long with lots of filler but honestly the filler episodes are really good.
For me this season really has its ups and downs, some part felt like they dragged on, but this season also has some of the hardest hitting moments... On a side note: Really love the sweaters, especially Carly's with a particular recent movie in mind... (and the meme) And on another side note I love how they give tips and hints on where to hide a gun and where not to :)
Lucifer for a while had left his old habits, women, deals.... but the return of his wings is destabilizing him emotionally.... that's why Lucifer tries to go back to being his old self. Chloe tries to deal with her frustration over Lucifer's rejection of a romantic relationship with her in S2. Regarding the new lieutenant, just check his actions. the guy is an ass, he is disrespectful to everyone, he pressures Dan to give him all the information he has about Lucifer, he spies and listens to Chloe and Lucifer's conversations, he shows up uninvited at Lucifer's penthouse trying to convince him to leave the Sinnerman investigation.
The Sinnerman storyline is not my favorite, so for me the season has a bit of a slow start. But it picks up, and although it's long, Season 3 has some really great episodes in it. So hang in there. It's worth the journey. Good to see you back, by the way.
Talking about Lucifer's wings growing back at different sizes. You should watch Deadpool 1 & 2. Deadpool regenerates including limbs and they grow back from tiny small to full size. The new guy is lying everyone knows he is from Smallville.
