Me personally when ever I change fuel filters or fuel line or what ever I prime with the small priming pump near to the small filter (I’m sorry I don’t know what we call it )
@@dawitabate9291 That small filter is called a prefilter, it filters fuel before it goes to the low pressure pump. Priming Detroits is critical after the system has been opened up, otherwise you can burn out the low pressure pump. Its happened several times at work because the guys were lazy after finishing PMs.
