    I have been using this killer opener and the biggest difference over my last opener is the pause. That alone staggers their reflex to bail. Glad this popped back up in my feed!

    Matt - what about gatekeepers ? I run a dental marketing agency and dentists typically don't answer the phone. Any suggestions would be super helpful.

    Verifying someone's identity at the beginning of a call, immediately puts them on the defensive and that's not where you want them.
