A BGP-speaking router, by default, will not advertise an iBGP route to an iBGP neighbor. One solution for this issue is to create a full mesh of neighborships within an Autonomous System (AS). However, that approach doesn’t scale well.
A more scalable solution is to use a BGP Route Reflector. That’s the focus of this video. You’ll see the issue BGP has with iBGP-learned routes and how to overcome that issue with a BGP Route Reflector configuration.

Great explanation Kevin!! Shall we configure as reflector the R2 instead of R3? Think it as its the border router between the 2 AS and in case we have more than one routers connected to R2 than one.
Thanks
Why is it network 192.51.100.0/30 statement on R1 ? But not 198 in first octet?
Outstanding Training
Thanks for sharing,
However, everything works on this LAB when created in GNS3, except for the loopback0 network 192.0.2.1/32.
R2, R3,and R4 could not learn this network even though the route appears in R1 BGP table. :-( sad
Same here
