Hey Trent, sorry I missed this live. I was working on SHORTY here in the shop. Now I’m cleaning it up as I listen. Here is some information on the base model....The PUJÉ. It wasn’t my first model, that was the Pujé 3, followed by the American Belle. In late summer 2016 I made the first one, I believe it was serial number 20. There was a run of 10 The PUJÉ v1 (20-29) At the time I didn’t know it would be version 1, that came after I made a small change to the bell in 2017 and that resulted in v2. Same bell mandrel, but longer bell bent in a different spot. Serial numbers 41-59, 19 total. In 2018 I changed the horn completely to be made from only US parts including Getzen valves and a gold brass bell... v3 starting with serial number 69. Not sequential this time, but only 7 of those out there, mostly because I launched the SHORTY in early 2019 and it quickly because more popular. That brings us to v4 and a return to Hoxon Gakki valves. I now work directly with the factory to have the valves made to my exact specs. The model was supposed to launch last year, but Covid.... it also features a my #3 bell by Kanstul. You have the first one, serial number 125. There will only be 46 of this model with Kanstul bells, so it is a limited edition by that fact. Already planning ahead for The PUJÉ v5.
