      Bas ghabdana nahi h ekdam se ki nahi ho raha h agar 5 ya 6 feet bhi ho to ghabrana nahi log bas dar jate h 5 hi ho raha h 10 12 kaise hoga bas jo exercise bole usko karo jump me suru ke 3 4 din dhyan hi mat do 3 4 din ke bad jump suru karo dekho aram se 10 se 12 foot ho jayega best of luck 🙌

      Long jump karne ke pahle maine jo exercise batai use 4 5 din karo phir uske bad vidio me jaise jaise batay hu us tarah se try karo suru me hi 1st day long jump mat kariye

      100 mtr ki ya 200 mtr ki sprint me daud se jyada aapko usase releted exercise karni pdati h bahut jayada tab ja ke pair khulta h aur sanso me control ata h thoda time de ham uska vidio bhi bana dege bas aap abhi kuvh din jyada se jyada om parnyam kare jo sans wali problem h o khatam ho jayegi baki daud ka kaise dsudna h ham vidio bana dege best of luck for fuure

      Sirf 3 din 20 se 25 minute roj ye sare exercise kijiye uske bad jump try kijiye aram se apaka 1st jump me hi 14 feet ho jayega uske bad aisata aisata 15 20 dino me 16 17 ho jayega best of luck

      Ye tumhara nahi 50 se 60% logo ka yahi problem hota h shine pain mussale pen kyuki jo log regular nahi h achanak se aake 2 3 mahine me ya sirf 1 mahine me jan laga dete h un sab ka shin aur caugh aur adi me ghutne me bahut dird hone lagta h aur jaide jaise din najdik ata h ye dird aur badne lagta h To practise se jane ke bad pani garm karo usme thoda sa fitkari agar fitkari nahi mile to namak dal ke pair ko dhona 10 minute tak usi me pair dalana niklana aur bahut dird ho to diclovin plus tab le lena is tablet ko regular mat lena ha agar bahut dird ho to le lena agar 20 ya 10 din bache h to 1 1 din gap ya jis din bahut practise karna ho us din le lena dird se bahut aram milega Best of luck aur kuch energy drink aate h usko use kar sakte ho practise ke pahle best of luck
