      Ek speed. Ek hi pes स्वांस मुंह और नाक दौनो से लेना है और स्वांस न fule उसके लिए योगा में कपाल भांति, अलोम विलोम, स्वसाशन करना है सुबह के समय 15 मिनट वर्कआउट के बाद अभी के लिए पैर सही हैं तो stat रनिंग पर ध्यान दीजिए जिससे आपका समय कम होगा

      Diet ka dhyan Rakhte hua ghutne ki sefty knee cap lagakar running karo yadi dard jyada hai to 2 ya 3 din Rest karo fir bhi Aram na mile to Doctor ki salah len

      20 तक अपने पैर की सेफ्टी रखते हुए प्रैक्टिस करो ताकि फिजिकल तक शरीर सेफ रहे बीच में एक दो बार 1600 का टाइम लगाओ कभी कभी सेफ तरीके से long aur high भी चेक कर लो फिजिकल देने के हिसाब से तैयारी करो मुराल को up रखो

      Sabse pahle Aapka swashthy hai islia pain cliar khake workout na karen. Pain cliar khane ke bad workout to kar loge lekin andar hi andar badi injuri ho sakti hai. Jab aapka leg sahi ho tbhi Running karen

      Sir time ni bacha h 20 ko physical h sir sir pta ni high jump krne k baad bi. Ni kr pate h pta ni kyu kl high jump ki 4 bar do bar to gir gyi phir do bar to ho gya tha but iske baad long jump ni kr payi kyuki ghutno me pain bahut jor se start ho gya sir agr aise hi rahega to practice kaise kr payege mere academy k coach bolte h ki pain killer khao koi dikkat ni h ye dard sbko h
      Plz kuch batayiye??

      Rat ko Garm Patty bndho practice bahut Kam Karo Relex jyada Karo डॉक्टरों के पास यदि ज्यादा होता है तभी जाना अन्यथा नहीं इसकी असली दवाई रिलेक्स ही होता । तनाव नहीं रखना है।
