I'm not sure what section ur referring too but the dirt comes to the top of the pavers or just below. We angle it down for tripping hazard or to make sure it doesnt get ruined from snow removal. Each situation is different. Everyone does it different in there area.
It's a finishing aid, it acts as a lubricant and slows evaporation. If you havent used any its something to look into. www.borderlineusa.com/admixtures
Not even close. We are laying 900-1300 ft a day,6 days a week,8-9 months out the year where iam at. Today we did 4 houses. 950 ft . was home and showered by 2pm .
Stop acting like you know how to curb. You are stuck in 90's curb knowledge. Footage has nothing to do with how good your curb is. All because you can put down 900-1300 ft a day (which I know damn well is a bullshit lie) doesn't mean you are better than everyone else. I can give curbing equipment to a blind child and they can do 100000x better than you can. And again... Let me know how the short bus is going today. Thanks.
Will go back and look at your other videos on curbs before I ask questions except for one. What type of fabric is under their rock? Thank you for your videos. I will give them a thumbs up and have already subscribed.
Where can I find that curbing trowel, this is a great video. I'm going to do a concrete curb around the front lawn which has a kidney type shape. any suggestions, not to worried about the the concrete work, it's the forms, and the form material, there's going to be curves.
There’s no way a one man show can do it slowly? Any videos? I’m just worried about stop n go marks etc etc I would not want to let it dry then do a mend
The whole curbing process by yourself? I've seen some do it but extremely difficult. Shovel and run machine at same time, too may things can go wrong. 2 man crew works just fine, even a kid to help shovel is great
Impressed that you answered questions. Pray all is still well for you.
It is awesome that you take the time to make these videos, Thank You !!!
Anytime jeff.
Will be doing many more this summer.
Let me know if u need any specific vids.

Great demonstration. Thanks for making a video like this.

No idea on fabric
How do you mesh corners, square them up? Join two separate lays?

Is there a video of the mixture you're using?
Yes, 2 vids on our RUclips page or go to curbuniversity.com
You know what would work better if you would actually dig deeper in that section so it can finish flush with the concrete
Is this cement or mortar or what is it
More of a mortar mix.

How the call the tool that u use for the curb the big one
What do I call it? The flat trowel, it's a 4 inch by 12 inch flat trowel. I call it the fattie
