Hello R. J. , I have always loved your playing and the way you demonstrate/ how to use pedals. In this video you not only display your sensitivity/creativity...you play the pedal and we hear how this ACTUALLY functions. Full credit to you!!! All the best from Australia
Love the sound and love the stuff you do to it. And for some reason I’ve never been able to tame a delay haha.... but this sounds cool, brother. Newly subscribed here from the Netherlands
Is it a cool pedal? Absolutely! But the problem with such boxes is, they aren't very versatile or useful, least beyond some cool effects. But they are easy to over-use. I spent much of the mid-80s exploring all manner of effects. I spend untold amounts of time in exploring the possibilities with rack digital delays, all manner of pedals. And I should have spent much more time composing music and songs, as opposed to hours twiddling knobs. And then I got tired of it all - least most. Nowadays, all I want is a couple of good amps, few fuzz / overdrive types, good reverb, maybe an octave pedal. Oh, I still love weird pedals - just not gonna bankrupt myself chasing the latest boutique marvel!
some of the tripped out experimental sounds here are reminding me of parts of the second half of Electric Ladyland, i love it!
Perfect effect for RJ...awesome
3:10 well that sounds fun. Warpalicious tape octave freak outs a plenty 🤘🏽

curious on your thoughts; why not? honest question
Great demo but that pedal is comical 🤣🤣🤣
Why?
@@gooseman480 Did you listen to it ?
@@skatetodeath666 Yes. Wondering what makes it comical and what delay do you prefer ?
@@gooseman480 the only delay echo pedal I have ever liked is the strymon volante magnetic echo machine. This pedal sounds to electronic and digital
