Here in Brazil they were selling cheese bread stuffed with Nutella for a while, and it was very good.
I'm gonna make them exalt this way. They are gluten free, too! Yummy!

I followed exact ingredients.
What I did differently,
Mix ingredients in food processor, (pulsing or dough), batter is a little runny but don’t get tempted to add flour. Use cupcake pan and pour the batter.

The gui texture is because of the cheese. It could be done with room temperature milk and butter. Get two cups of shredded cheese to one tapioca flour. They come out beautiful. 425 degrees better hot oven

Please check out the recipe in the link in the description. Basically, you only need to wait until the dough cools down before baking. Have fun making them!
