Sweet N Sour Pork BETTER THAN TAKEOUT

- Pork cubes into squares I used pork chops and chopped them bad boys up
1 small onion chopped into squares
1 small green red and yellow bell pepper chopped
1 can chopped pineapples
2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder for batter if your using self rising flour you don’t need baking powder
1/4 cup corn starch for batter
2 Tablespoon corn starch for meat
Garlic powder, pepper, salt to season
4 green onion for garnish
1/4 cup pine apple juice for sauce
3 1/2 cup Hawaiian Punch for sauce
3 Tablespoon corn starch. Mixed with cold water for Slurie
1/4 cup katsup
Half cup white vinegar. Plus a lil extra
1/2 cup brown sugar for sauce

Gina Gina Gina. O M G!!! I made this last night with chicken. I didn't have all of the ingredients you had so I had to improvise a little. Nevertheless it came out fantastic! I didn't think I could do it but I followed your directions step by step and it worked. Thank you so much. My sweet and sour chicken came out better than Chinese take out. ❤❤❤

Mrs. Gina,, I did it!! 😁 My family loved it. It was on hit. I wanted a little more Tang but I didn't want to over do it with the vinegar (what do you suggest?). My pork chops turned out crispy and perfect too. Thumbs up girl.
