- Chicken thighs or breast. Cut into cubes
Sea salt pepper onion powder
very small pinch baking soda
Batter ingredients
1Egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Onion powder
1/2 cup cold water plus 2Tbls spoon water
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup corn starch
3/4 cup flour
2Tbls veg oil
Oil to fry
Sweet n sour sauce
2-1/2 cup Hawaiian Punch
1/2 cup katsup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
3 Tbls corn starch to make slurie ad a little water
Rice
Green onion for garnish

I never put rice in hot water I put it immersed in cold water then let it come to a boil, comes out very done, thanks for sharing your take on sweet and sour chicken.
