Hi Gina, I make this quite often. I put it into a toasted bolillo roll and place it under the broiler just for a minute to melt the provolone cheese. Simply delicious!

It’s simple, rustic and delicious and I love the gravy the chicken juices and flour makes with the tomatoes and wine. You make it perfectly, using the San marzano tomatoes is spot on, the fresh basil and the kalamata olives just gives the tomato gravy the best flavor. This is almost identical to me daddy’s cacciatore recipe

Gina if I can make a suggestion, when I open a can of whole tomatoes I use a pair of kitchen shears to cut them while still in the can. Love the channel.
