I think my condo complex is a much better value. I am in Lumpini Park Beach Jomtien condos which you can actually see in the view there which is 100 meters from the beach, 3 pools, gym, 2 restaurants, massage and laundry services for a one bedroom for 11000 per month. I'm in Bldg A (closest to the beach) with a sea view facing Bang Saray. It has Baht Bus access on Beach Road and also entrance on 2nd Road.

So, initially you said there wasn’t a gym! Which is it?!?! The “sea view” isn’t that great and it looks to be a trek to public transportation.

It’s an older building. They tend to be thicker walls
