I bought studio 66M2 in Jomtien complex, huge balcony. Has gym, pool, tennis courts, table tennis, snooker table, plenty under cover parking. 200 Mtrs from Jomtien/Dongtan beach. Fantastic location. Great video BTW Cooper.

Great video as ever whilst technically its 13sq mt bigger than my apartment i have more space for my recliner sofa between the bed and the tv. in my opinion is not just the size its the use of the space .you need to consider.. i can actually see this condo block from my balcony

This is not a kitchen. This is a hotel room. Show us units with a real kitchen with oven, stove, dish washer, stove hood ventilation, refrigerator, and garbage disposal, hot water bear minimum. How are people suppose to cook real food if the covid hits again or when their is monsoon rains hit. People need to be able to cook real food not in a toxic microwave that kills all nutritional value in food.
