The Espana was once on my radar . As Cooper said in previous vlogs ." Do your research before committing " . Do a month before committing to a year .
This condo clearly has issues from those on long term . Discontent with management team , maintenance grumbles , Sauna & other amenities not available low season , the lavish common areas & gym stifling hot as air conditioning disabled .
Filter out reviews from agents & owner renter's 5 star reviews & read what long term leasers say .
Aircon in gym was working when I made the video unannounced to them of course. The only thing not working was the Turkish bath and they said the were working on a drainage issue and expect it to be up and running next month. Other than that I did not see any problems. Paul. But I do agree book 1 month before committing to long term 👍❤️👍
That really nice and great price
The things I noticed about that Condo are.. The pool has mold growing in it, most condo units are monthy rentals during the high season and it gets loud in the court yard pool area. The lobby areas that look so nice... well they do not turn on the AC so those areas are hot and not suitable to sit in and chill. Even the elevators were hot. The windows are not very good at keeping out the noise from the traffic on the busy road as well.. so I passed on that condo.

You and Shawn looked at a luxury one bedroom and two bedroom at a place that only had them for display while the others are being constructed. I had loved the 2 bedroom one which was 12.6 million Thai baht. They had enclosed balconies and had sea views.
This place is so different than anything I’ve seen so far. Really great tour. Thanks for all the content.

The price is so cheap.
In rip off Britain, I pay the equivalent of 31,000 baht.
Small room in shared, accommodation, greater London.
Can not wait until I receive my full pension and retire there.
Playing it safe, I can wait only 2 more years.

that's a pretty unique looking place. I like the amenities. That library area is pretty cool too. And the price is really reasonable. How far is this from the area where you guys live (just for comparison)? I assume it is fairly easy to get to Pattaya from there, if you wanted? I am less familiar with Na Jomtien (in videos). have a great weekend!

It does have a 7/11 right outside brother and on baht bus route. As for grocery stores not too far away.
It is nice but i prefer ocean view and modern design. This design is not my style.

a 1 Bedroom 35 sqm is way to small I have a 56sqm 1 Bedroom right on the beach in Jomtien with stunning views that place looks nice but can't deal with that small a condo
I noticed they have washer and not dryers. Why?
Not needed it rarely rains here. We all dry them on the balcony 👍❤️👍

I think it’s ideal as it’s on the baht bus route and very close to the beach too. It’s more for those that want a quiet retirement and don’t want to be in the heart of everything. Andrew 👍
