If you have a scooter or car...perfect...but otherwise bit far from everything. Rooms are nice ..only bit dark.... Take the room on pool side...not on the main road can be loud... Same parking no covered... Generally nice condo for peaceful holidays..with family or your....lady....

That swimming pool is amazing. Having a well equipped gym is a real plus. Personally I would prefer to have a larger balcony minus the washing machine.
I hear ya about housing/rent inflation exploding higher in Pattaya/Pratumnak/Jomtien area. 10k/mo is the new 6-7k/mo it seems just in past few years. I'm on the hunt for a nicely laid out good value 12mo lease 1bd Pratumnak condo/apartment for 2025 and am now thinking I need to up my budget from 10k/mo to maybe 13-14k/mo. Sucks, but it is what it is.
You shouldn’t have any issues at all finding a 1bd condo in Jomtien for 10-12k a month next year if you were to rent it on a 6 to 12 month lease. But in terms on renting in Jomtien on a monthly basis it’s very hard to find even an average apartment for less than 10k
5-10 minute walk to Jomtien Beach Road where you can get a bus to Central Pattaya. You can take a short cut to Beach Road by cutting through the Lumpini Complex close by
@@temp4445 sorry for the late reply. A five to ten minute walk from the condo on Jomtien Beach Road you can get a Baht Bus that will take you to Second Road, there you can walk two minutes to Walking Street 👍
