Nice lobby and communal area, but room layout is poor, small balcony, small bedroom, not much daylight in rooms, no TV in bedroom, scarcely furnished, but thanks for a excellent review.

I'm coming out in February I normally come for a month and book a hotel on Agoda But I'm thinking about staying for 3 months maybe so the PJ Inn looks good...have you found one with a pool??.. I like Brian Jacks place but maybe a bit too far being on the dark side. I'm sure you're the same guy I watched a few years back ... Planet travel?? Kitchen doesn't justify being called a kitchen, smallest fridge I've seen in a condo, lounge also poky. Good view though and cheap.

I lived in Unixx for 2 weeks through Airbnb. Not enough elevators for 1200 units. Sometimes it took me up to 15 minutes just to get from my apartment out to the road. Unixx is just like The Base and The Edge, an airbnb-hotel for chinese/korean/russians.

Decent but tiny! More flexible than a hotel room though. The view is Jaw-dropping. I love the view.

Proper nice condo, very reasonable priced too. Locarion not bad, not so far from the Baht bus route.

All you need. Great views, kitchen, washing machine, decent bathroom shower, pool, gym. Fair price. 👌

This condo complex offers quite a bit to like. Hard to find a 1 bedroom for 10k or less a month without really sacrificing location. This place is close enough to the major areas that I can see it potentially working even for someone without a motorbike to get around. I reckon budgeting around 70 baht a day for transport costs which adds up to an extra 2100 baht a month so true price of living here is 12.1k a month which still isn't bad for what you get. To offset that cost one is paying government rate on electricity which is great! I will consider this place thanks Reds

I have stayed there many times. Wifi is always very good and waterpressure strong. And as you said; very good housekeeping and friendly maids who embrace nice tips.😊😊

There is fierce competition in Central Pattaya for a budget room. This one doesn't seem to stand out too much. Very small but offers enough to get by for a short stay. No window no natural light and no wardrobe to put clothes though

Stayed several times at the August Suites right opposite. The location is very good. The place itself is for a budget, but hey, what do you need for Rock'n'Roll all Nite and Party Everyday...

Thanks for the review Red. These reviews are great keep them coming. Most of us come for 21 to 60 days stay so 6500 is misleading in the headline when the monthly rental is 9000. I think this is well excessive when you think there is Vanaporn and a couple of other similar apartments nearby on Soi Arunothai for 5000 to 6500 range.

For that price I try to be forgiving. You get what you pay for. For those on extreme budget then seems okay. Regarding those pre-paid food cards, is it okay to just hold onto the card until the balance is used up? Or is one expected to cash out each trip and hand the card back?

Ok it’s very basic and it definitely needs a few items , if your on a tight budget the price is fair

It looks OK. For 6500 it is about what to expect. But 9000 is a little pricey. and the Electric is a high.

One question I keep seeing the mall food area with loading money on a card which is great but is the card good for multiple days or do you need to get the unused money back on exit or it will be lost?

I stay at this hotel exclusively for many years. Location and convenience is the primary reason. Second is the pool, it is decent size and is well maintained. BTW, nothing is perfect but for all those that find fault with the rooms, the staff are quick to help and are very pleasant in their demeanor. All the best for the Chinese New Year, Kung Hei Fat Choi!!!
