Although I tend to like the space in the studios, finding the living area a bit cramped in the one beds, I agree that the one bedroom ones had nicer views and fittings. If I was going to live there I would have a car or motorbike anyway 😊. Jomtien in February, I can't wait! 😊😊
I can dig the 1 bedroom except the electrical sockets in bedroom are on opposite side of the bed! Plus too small balcony which is very unfortunate given the nice view. 1 bedroom definitely better value than the studio. No lock box though? Question - is there a way to cross over easily onto the street that has the New Nordic VIP condo buildings? Like you say this Cirrus building is a bit badly located if one wants to walk to beach or get a baht bus.
Pratumnak 2 circles around into Pratumnak 3 right were the building is. I also checked if you can cut through to Pratumnak 4 without walking to the end of the roads, but it’s blocked off. Also, Christopher, as a long term viewer that you are, if you ever notice any audio cut outs in my vids, could you let me know, I’d appreciate it Pal. One video I posted last week I noticed some issues today when rewatching it. All the best for Christmas and New Year 👍
@@PremierTraveler Merry Christmas! That is unfortunate that no easy way to get to Kasetsin or Phra Tamnak 4 Alley. This is my biggest gripe about this area, the designers never made it easy to go N/S only E/W. I appreciate you always taking the time to answer questions though. If I detect audio issues I will try and let you know. Sometimes I think it is my laptop though (it is old and has issues LOL)

Mate I like the 1 bedroom good price , the room it’s a bit dated and the location is an issue
