I stayed at The Grass hotel near this hotel. The area is full of Indian and Chinese people. Saw buses with Chinese tourists flocking this hotel.

Nothing wrong with that hotel, but wow paying that price to be so far away! For that kind of money one could get a nice hotel near beach in Jomtien and enjoy the peace and quiet there with the ocean views
