Tbh at 1:40, this roblox game actually looks good, the graphics quality settings are like 3 so that's why it looks bad, but if you set it to max, then it actually looks pretty good.

5:49 I think it's BeamNG and the map is Kamurocho from the Yakuza games. Considering the maps in Yakuza games are small but dense, it's really impressive that they can even drift properly.

The game you dont know with the white Supra is called Wangan Midnight. Its an arcade cabinet racer by bandai namco that never came to the US, only East and South Asia got the cabinets. People rip the assets and try to make their own but you can really flip official assets and ship your own title officially so until someone makes a gameplay like it with their own original assets it aint coming to US computers legitimately. Thats probably that bootleg Unity demo thats been around for years.

5:05 with that newer Alfa, ima chalk it up to price. it's too new to be widely available in used, cheap trims. BUT they are decent cars; they were meant to compete with the M4/Kia Stinger/Mercedes CLK/etc. about 450hp out of a twin turbo v6 in the top trim iirc

7:45 the wheel is a Logitech DFGT @Goosiest, I own one myself, very good beginner wheel if you can't even afford G29, because it's just G29 with 2 pedals and a seq. shifter (only goes up and down, why I use it as a handbrake sometimes)
What's a decent wheel to get that isn't like absurd amount of money, but a wheel you can enjoy the realistic feel of clutch, shifting etc? (I suppose it can be any wheel even though I plan to use it on Xbox Series X and PC, but have a Cronus Zen that I literally only use for using different types of controllers and headsets and wheels on multiple platforms that they weren't specifically made for.

@n there are 0 examples of traffic in any game ever made that even come close to what’s happening here, ATS may compare but even then it’s not having to process it at the high speeds you’ll be doing in AC.
Ac was designed roughly a decade ago to be a track based sim.
The reason my question makes no sense to you, is directly tied to you having no clue about game development.
The 30 player servers with dense traffic on ~200km of highway is impressive, especially being implemented on such an old game.
It’s a testament to not only assetto being a well built game, but to the modders who’ve made this work.
Why do you think this is a semi recent development in AC modding? Short answer is previously, not many people would’ve had access to hardware capable of running something so demanding.
@n well fair enough on it being your job, I just don’t think even GTA traffic compares that well, though it’s a good example, it was designed by the devs to handle that and pedestrians, lots of physics calculations etc and gta has a fairly arbitrary speed cap, I’m guessing to make the game world feel larger but to keep processing demand down especially in multiplayer, since new gen consoles they’ve been releasing vehicles that go faster, for reasons you wouldn’t need explained to you.
It’s not necessarily how old it is, I’m just impressed that ac was built with such great modding potential, as you would also be aware, some game engines are just poorly designed and no amount of modding can fix it.

The budget wheel with the light is the Logitech Driving Force GT! It's a tier below even the G29, but it was the cheapest wheel I could find at the time with 900 degrees of rotation and it gave me lots of fun memories. I still use it sometimes, its noisy as hell though.

The reason you don't see Alfa's being drifted more, it because they're stuck in the mechanics garage. Also I feel obligated to point out that Perforated BMW's have always been 2 door coupes, even M variants came as 2 door coupes as standard with the sedan being an unwelcome option
