5:40 the car is a very well known polish car named Polonez that has about 90hp (in assetto corsa) and it is rear wheel drive as you said
this mod have 3 versions stock, like 150 hp and skyline swap with 700 hp
its like a polish ae86
its painted to look like "szereszeń" (hornet ) from youtube series named Blok Ekipa
It is polish version of fiat. Fiat copy

There are some maps in GT7 that you can drift. There's an option for this while selecting the map.
5:40 was a polonez caro, a Polish very popular in the 80s/90s, also it is rwd as u said, it has a livery called Szerszeń (hornet) from a youtube series called blok ekipa
