We had hot water cylinder in roof space in our house in Christchurch NZ , instead used cupboard space for other things😁❤❤❤❤

Absolutely love this house. Favourite of REDROW as the price is pretty good and the bedrooms are good sizes which is not usually the case with REDROW.
Gorgeous! I too thought the reception room wallpaper was fish, loved it, my choice would a fireplace and no TV.
Kitchen again to many cupboards I like only drawers, and I prefer a more modern look than the Shaker doors, but great layout.

In that location, you'll never have a house built right behind you. The house layout is good, and though in the UK you favor an isolated lounge (only one access), there is also a sitting area off the kitchen/diner so your guests won't get lonely while you prepare their dinner. I like the natural wood doors and large windows.

The cupboards above and below the ovens should swing in the opposite direction to open toward the rest of the kitchen. That's a mistake. Frankly, the same could be said for the doors on the island cupboards as well.
Ceiling and window heights seem low upstairs. Is that typical in the UK?
There seems to be a lot of functionality in this house for the overall footprint/size.

I do love your house tours. I like the house but I would praps out the dining room in the room off the kitchen and have the chairs next to the French doors.
Great video again! I would have to change that living room light it's not practical and the fridge handles over to the right to open it easier.

Yes you could if you wanted to sit facing the garden, I'm not sure if it is an extra to get media points moved.

Prob because I’ve always called them ‘plug sockets’ and so shortened to ‘plugs’ in casual speech. I think it may even be a regional dialect thing.
