@@ElliotNMattI'm fine! The house is fine! The tornado never came close to touching the ground. I live in the southern end of "Tornado Alley". We get alerts or sirens several times from April til Ictiber, but we've had tornados in December before. I have an underground shelter, it's very safe, and I go there the minute the sirens go off! Great tour! Not a fan of the purpose en suites because they don't all have baths, so if someone wants a bath one of the bathrooms has to be shared a lot more.
Gorgeous house, Matt and Elliot! I've lived in houses that had electric heat, stove and water heater and others that had gas. Hands down I prefer gas. Fewer problems and cleaner heat here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of Texas. Love you guys!💓😘😘
why is there never a bidet in any of the houses
I'd prefer if the conservatory had a solid roof and one wall, it would be more of a functional room that way. My dad has a conservatory and it gets ridiculously hot in summer.
And ridiculously cold in the winter.

I would put in an island and have a bigger dining table where the sofas are. Otherwise I don't think you'd get much use out of the main living room

GBP529,990 for such a nice house. For this price, in areas south of London, say Kent & Surrey, which is only 1-2 hours away by driving, you can only get a 3 bedroom houses, with very ordinary & standard features. no conservatory.
I love it. Even though my taste leans more towards minimal. The window panes look like a nod toward an older style.
After a bath or shower I just wear a thick oversized Terry towelling bathrobe. No need for any towel.

The garden room will be like a sauna in the summer. Does it come with automatic blinds? And what little man prey tell, is going to risk their lives cleaning the ceiling windows in the garden room? If guests want a bath, tell them to suck it up and make do with the shower, or go to a hotel. lol It is a lovely house.

I like electric for my stove. An open flame scares me! I think it’s so interesting that there is always a sitting area in the kitchen. I think that is a European thing. We do see houses with a similar set up in US but not the norm. Love the glass patio! It would be very useful!

Why do they make the stove hob so small. You couldn’t get a 14” wok on there along with a saucepan or two 👎

UPSTAIRS::: large windows- spacious landing- attic room already built- 4 bedrooms at least 2 ensuite.
1 xtra room.
Connected large Greenhouse.
Don't prefer mirrored wardrobes- bad feng shui for married couples.
Private Garden NOT overlooking neighbours/ roads. Trustworthy GOOD neighbours. Great neighbourhood.
Otherwise we stay where we are Thankyou Universe.

No, the show homes have no fences but once they are sold dividing boundary fences will be added.

Gas hob no other is as versatile. Electric is too slow and induction limits your pot choices

I don’t think you are able to alter layout but check with sales team on a development you may be interested in.
