The award for being the only reason I watch new home tours. You both make it such fun to watch and I confess I steal the odd design idea. The stylists do such a good job.
Good morning lovely couple, You are the very best people on the RUclips channel........ I love you......❤❤ Have a nice day and many greetings and kisses from germany. Monika
Hay guys totally off subject of the house- which I love ❤️- but as I heard you were sailing again- with sir Richard - again - just wondering is our Aussie girl ray gun on Board too - break dancing!! 🕺🏼 give her some love & join in !! Hope you cruse is amazing 😻.xxx🛥️❤️🇦🇺
There are some positives to this - i will admit I love the way they’ve done the garden; the kitchen is too small for me for a family. And Im afraid I really dont like the mid-foyer; that would surely be a really dark space in the middle of the house. I love the downstairs loo and the living room is nice; and pleased to see the built in wardrobes!
I guess what the inner hall might do is stop all the heat from downstairs (& primarily the living room) disappearing upstairs ? It might also mean if you had anybody sleeping upstairs - such as children or shift workers - then when the TV is on or meals are being prepared, the bedrooms remain relatively quiet spaces ?
I think the front door needs to be partly glazed to let more light in. The first thing I noticed was a chunk taken out of the toilet door ! Its a nice compact home, but its a bit on the small side , the main bedroom is far too small . probably ok for one person or a couple, but a nice all round home.
Agree a window in the door would benefit the small hallway. And if the fuse board was in the cloakroom then it would free up more space for a mirror or coats, shoes storage ?
I like the stairs “showing” in the downstairs loo. Love the garden! I don’t think I would like a semi detached. Do you find you can hear your neighbors? House was compact, but nice 🏡 Nice job guys!
Just curious but a lot of the homes I see are anywhere from 500,000 pounds to 700,000 pounds and up why is this one less than 300,000 pounds is this in a really bad neighborhood? I’m asking as an American. That’s extremely interested in one day moving somewhere to the UK with work. Also curious on thoughts on your top three towns to live in.
Unfortunately it wasn't good to see that anywhere you went in the house there were doors everywhere..... from the indoor to the first floor. By the way it's also no good the rooms are very close to each other......

Fairly dull house but the amount of times to you said “ooh” or “woo” kept me hooked. Adorable! 🥰
The award for being the only reason I watch new home tours. You both make it such fun to watch and I confess I steal the odd design idea. The stylists do such a good job.

Awwe over too soon loving you both❤
Looking lovely as ever😂❤
I always wondered what a DWH Archford looked like inside so thank you..
Just a pity DWH didn't hide the fuse box away - possibly in the cloakroom 🙋

Morning!

British homes are very unusual compared to what I get in the US. But very well presented.
Love the jelly cat plush.
In North Cheshire this would be circa £400k and probably without a garage either
You should write how many square feet it is!
It really surpises me that GB homes don't have garage access from inside the house because of the weather you have.
Some larger houses do but it’s quite rare over here.
Agree and an internally accessed garage would lend itself potentially for conversion into a playroom, study, gym subject to planning approval..
At least it’s a 3 bed.
I like the stairs “showing” in the downstairs loo. Love the garden! I don’t think I would like a semi detached. Do you find you can hear your neighbors? House was compact, but nice 🏡 Nice job guys!

No it’s in a good area, it’s just smaller only 3 bed and semi detached
@@ElliotNMatt oh got it. I didn’t realize the semi detached part
@@paulc5389 to me it ain’t shit. But I already got clarification on it from Elliot thanks for your opinion on the matter anyway
Strange lay out?
Strange AND small.....
Tiny radiator in hall!
Unfortunately it wasn't good to see that anywhere you went in the house there were doors everywhere..... from the indoor to the first floor. By the way it's also no good the rooms are very close to each other......
Why not make the room larger in the first place?
Do not like front door! Prefer some glass!
I said exactly the same....!
Agree totally
I would hate to mow that.
Very small
Really love that garden! Tour was well done. Why do the houses there not use screens on windows? Thanks to both of you
Screens are very uncommon in western/northern Europe, climate isn't tropical 😅
