Wondering when you visit these homes, have you seen things that have made you change ideas for your new home.
The floor plan shows a utility room and study. Were these in this show house ? Seems to be a different floor plan ?
I was unable to locate even from the developers website the correct layout. This layout is the same as toured except where the integral garage is that’s where the study and utility are.
The beds in this house seemed very short.
For a four bed house, the fridge freezer is very small.
Can"t you opt for bigger? It is a show home.

When they have a half bath without windows, do they include an exhaust fan? Is that an upgrade? You both are now so accomplished at touring. 👍

Honestly I don't know how you guys cope with living in these houses. It looks like a beautiful solid home, but there are features that are standard in countries like the USA, Australia etc that have been completely overlooked here. No built in robes, the little porthole style washer in the kitchen (isn't that kind of unsanitary?) and is that garage big enough to store a car inside? No auto-up door and no driveway? And what's with all the hot water furnaces taking up so much closet space...wouldn't it make more sense to put those utilities in the garage? It's a new build but with a 1930s-level of features. Blows my mind
I believe we live in the smallest square footage in Europe. Could be wrong, but…..Disgraceful isn’t it.

We're very short on space.
The floor plan shown at the end is not the same house....
It’s the version without the integral garage. I wasn’t able to find the version with integral garage. Other than that and the W.C placement it’s the same.
How do you access Garage?
Sorry was not clear on video! Looked like Flower beds
No integral door into the house, and after the development is finished they rip up the garden in front of the garage door and put in a drive.

Do you folks in the UK have screens on your windows to keep the bugs out? They are de rigueur on all windows in the US. The way your windows seem to open it doesn't seem possible.

Love the kitchen family room - would rather have a full size fridge and freezer - I imagine they might be able to do that instead of the shelved cupboard. The shower in the main bathroom : what good is a thermostat “outside” the shower - I like to end my shower with a cooler setting - but would I want to reach out of the shower to turn it down 😡. Lovely size bedrooms. Having the double doors to the lounge is a great idea as it allows for bigger sofas
