I like this one! Just as I was thinking there weren't enough drawers in the kitchen you turned round and there were more... A pullout larder would also be useful, maybe where the wine chiller is for those of us who can make a single bottle of wine last months? I love the flexibility of the layout. I'd have the dining area as a study with dining at the sofa end where there's actually wall space for a china cabinet (I love china cabinets). BTW my cleaner and I have renamed 'er next door Maureen... Can't say why in public.
Yup, really liked the 1 we saw, very much fancy the idea of open space, but then a separate living room. Good size rooms. Loved loo/utility, great use of space. Love to know price, I know different areas vary. Like the colour of kitchen units & worktops. Love it love it love it!
I love the home’s exterior. Huge entrance and great idea of having the utility room in the bathroom. I love the open concept, more like an American style home. I like that each bedroom has its own bath. Large dressing areas. Great job guys! Nice options!
Oooh wow this is a lovely house! I've not heard of this company before. I love that you can change the layout. I'm sure you have heard me say this before, we didn't pay for any upgrades it's the same standard as this house, we have oak doors, big towel rails, all bathrooms tiled, underfloor heating, bi fold doors, rainfall shower, all wet rooms included, upgraded kitchen with a quartz worktop, turf and a big patio, upgraded front door, we brought our house from High Street homes. Hope you are both well 🥰

In the US, we usually have the shower and the bath combined with a smaller bathroom. I'm always surprised when I see homes in the UK which have only a bathtub in their bathroom.
Not the normal house set up that we are use to. Do the washing while going to the bathroom seems wild, l think it's called multi tasking. Still wouldn't put coats in there we've all seen the ads about smells escaping the loo. If friends came around don't think they would be very happy going home smelling like the latest toilet fresheners. Plenty of room under the stairs for a cloakroom, like you l would put the dining space in the other end and sitting area where the doors outside were. Overall a good size house well thought out and a double garage to fill.
I like this home. And I am glad you went “controversial” with not have a TV in the sitting room. I like the idea of at least one sitting room without a tv.

Just curious....not much in the way of insects/bugs?? No screens noted like here in USA. That would drive me nuts with the wildlife! My area in Midwest have had squirrels trying to get through screens to get indoors!! The screens provide the barrier and "nibbling" spotted early so call for vermin control can be called out to help.
In summer we get a few flies, wasps etc but primarily the U.K is ok big wise. Some areas get midge’s depending on season but nothing we need screens for.

Why do they never take the top cupboards in kitchens never taken to the top of the ceiling? The ropes are just a place to cover dust.
