I love the “office pod”. I prefer the work/home separation. In the kitchen I would prefer a peninsula..

this is an enchanting home! including the pod in the garden. many plugs and other needed amenities. the decor is amazing! i think anybody who is interested in buying a home would love this! and, it is very satisfying that you look inside the cupboards, drawers, wardrobes, etc. this is what potential buyers would want to do if they were there in person. thank you for this great tour! i believe you have helped the developer sell this style of home!
I was very happy to see all the cupboard space in the kitchen. I think that will make life easier for the people who will live there. If only all UK kitchens were like that!

Yes liked this 1. I noticed a rad in ensuite instead of towel rail. Wasn't crazy about choice of wallpaper, but that's personal choice. Yippee 5 ring burner cooker. Liked kitchen & utility very much. Yup a big thumbs up to this house. Well done lads enjoyed my tour! X

I sew quilts, so this area would be perfect..spread out materials and quilts as they "grow" without "messing" up a room within the house.

We've just bought a new build ( dont get the keys till April ) the flooring, bathroom tiles, kitchen options and carpet are so similar to the ones we picked. Its lovely to see in situ ! P.s I love you guys. 💕

I don’t understand tiny sinks. How would a family member wash cooking sheets or roasting pans? The cute building in the back looks like half of a retrofitted shipping container. 😍

This home is lovely, definitely forward looking and a game changer. Do you know how much extra is the office pod. That's such a thoughtful addition with this new hybrid working and living at home situation.
Always check for up to date pricing but it’s around £25k which is good value for an extra room!

Well we brought a Shropshire house and like many of our neighbours , it was one of life’s regrets. The standard was awful and the customers care even worse. Think twice before buying .
Don't like the box room..
spending all that money and you dont even get a fireplace! - why dont they put them in new homes anymore? are you meant to hang the Christmas stockings on the fancy kitchen island?
Love your tours but you should really start to refer to the the main bedroom suite as the 'Principal" or 'Primary". Master is a term that harks back to slavery and has sexist connotations
