What a really well thought out house, l loved the stairs practical. Not the spiral bit in the middle where you fall in a rush. Could see a nice conservatory on the back, Redrow homes do stand out for quality of style and build.

Thank you for showing all the show homes so well 😊👍🏼 we get a fair idea of what we would like when buying a new home - good entry way , a nice fireplace , a good bay window , separate service area and also what to expect from the bedrooms upstairs. We have definitely taken a few of your ideas and suggestions and made a bucket list for our ideal house.
Very nice .. just turn the main bathroom toilet by 90 degrees under the window, like it is shown on the floor plan. Love your house tours.

But any wall cabinets cost extra, starting at approx. £550 for one.

love watching you guys going round redrow houses. I have one question which i am finding with a lot of new builds and the companies. they come with covenant rules and maintenance charges. Would be great if you guys could add these on your walk rounds to inform people what they actually buying and what they getting into. Keep up the good work guys
The service charges are often set by a completely different management company to the developer.
They are not normally in excess of a few hundred pounds per year although they can increase over time. It’s worth simply asking the sales consultant but they are pretty much a muchness.
It is an absolute con, min £380 and the roads and lights are never adopted by the council. Costs Hundreds of pounds when you want to sell on as the management company makes a sellers pack. It should be illegal to have management companies.
I’m very intrigued as to what business Maureen has been doing on the internet 🤣🧐

I know you can get integral door into garage, but as it’s your house when you’ve bought it, can you change the garage into another room like a playroom?
Yes you can subject to any planning restraints and building regulations so always best to check with local authority before beginning any works.

In germany we dont have utility rooms. It's so good in the uk.
New homes have them, but most of the old homes do not.

The NAME for utilityrooms in german is HAUSHALTSRAUM. Washing machine and tumble dryer we put it in the kitchen / bathroom.

@@armel369 Having a utility upstairs is a bad idea, you cannot put the washer on at night because of the noise.

Porch? I don't see a porch. Also, there is a 2 car garage, but you can't enter the house from it. What a waste.
You would be lucky to get two cars in the garage, once in through the garage door you can enter via a door to the hallway. You could always add one to the side if you wanted to.
Doesn’t do it for me. Bedrooms are very small. Master bedroom is tiny. No dishwasher. Nope.
The master is a good size actually and a dishwasher is an optional extra, although plumbing is there if you add one yourself.
