I love that Charles changed the beneficiary on his life insurance policy to his sister so that after they killed him Lori did not get the money.

I did a reverse speech session on Lori when she was talking to her friend on the phone about not getting the life insurance. Lori said in reverse… “Oh well, I guess I’m not getting the yacht”

My heart breaks for Charles. I will never forget the footage of him speaking to the police about his concerns over Lori's bizarre behaviour, and that she kept saying he had been taken over by the spirit, Ned Schneider. He was truly afraid for himself and the children. If only the police had been able to do something..if only..😢
When I saw Charles telling the policeman how crazy Lori was, I was thinking, "Man, get out of Dodge!! Leave and don't let anyone know where you are!!!

He would have lost connection with his child and the possibility to protect JJ and Tylee. In his final message he said “They’re planning something” in text about Lori and Alex. He was caught in a catch 22. Endanger himself to save his children or abandon his children to this insane sociopathic narcissist to save himself. He chose his child. He died for his child. She fought his custody for money - killed him for money and when she had him out of the way, she killed his children for money.

It's hard to imagine how Chad could be so stupid. As he listens to the frustration Charles was having with her as she cheated on him, it never occurred to him that someday she would be cheating on him? Does he not own a mirror? The minute Chad strayed from the Lori sycophant roll, he would have been the next one killed.
Some women are able to use their charm and beauty to totally captivate men and do with them as they please. Lori was one of those. The "clue" for Chad should have been that Lori had already been married 4 times, plus cheating on her current husband with Chad!

The emails to Tammy were to her work email. She worked at a school library. School was out for the summer, so she may not have ever seen the emails.

I have such a soft spot for Charles.. I can’t imagine being in his shoes and he handled the situation to the best of his abilities. He did absolutely everything he could to protect himself and those kids. It’s devastating. The police didnt listen to him… he truly seems like a man with a good heart.. people like that are hard to come by these days..

It appears as though they all believe he is innocent based on the interview they all gave a while back and that most of them will testify for the defense. Charles should have quietly divorced Lori and hired a body guard. But then again, we never suspect the evil people are capable of.
She would never have let that happen. She wanted his life insurance policy of over a million. She also wanted everything she could inherit and stood to lose that in the divorce. She was not going to let him divorce her like that. She was also going to kill his child, no way could he have stood by and let that happen even if he’d lived that long - there was no way for him to avoid this. He did everything possible in his power and he was failed by the state.
If he didn’t try to fight her he would have lost his child and she knew that - she used his child to manipulate him and lure him to kill him. He couldn’t have left his autistic child alone with her, knowing she was insane.
He was returning his child from his visitation when he was ambushed and shot. He couldn’t have simply refused to go - she could have claimed kidnapping by parental abduction. He couldn’t have refused visitation without endangering his rights to custody in the divorce.
She literally used his child to kill him and then killed his child. For money. Lori didn’t know that Charles had transferred his life insurance out of Lori’s name and into his sister’s name. She was extremely irate about it when she called the insurance company and they told her she wasn’t getting anything.
She killed both children and stole the support checks they were getting. It was not something Charles did wrong, or could have avoided.

So Lori and Chad had Charles life ended in July 2019, JJ and Tylee September 2019 and Tammy in October 2019, then 17 days later went off and got married Nov. 5, 2019, unbelievable, not the least bit suspicious. No way Chad Daybell is getting out or off from this unless the jury has no common sense whatsoever. I feel so bad for all of the above victims, none of them knew the evil that was lurking within these two people.

Mrs Daybell’s silence is what brought her under. She knew all that was happening but decided to shy away from it. Don't blame Tammy for her death, or anyone else's. It's not known if she even saw those emails, since it was summer, and they were sent to her work email. It could be that the night she was murdered, she did say something to Chad. We'll never know what REALLY happened, anyone who could tell the truth is dead. Lori will never admit to anything, and I doubt Chad will, either. Maybe he could write another book like the one that OJ did, "(IF) I Did It".
