Chad Daybell searched for malachite wedding bands for Lori Vallow before the death of his then wife, Tammy Daybell. Daybell also searched for wind direction on the day he allegedly disposed of Tylee Ryan's remains by burning and burying her.

It's very obvious by the searches and the call to the mortuary that chad had a hand in Charles's death as well as Tammy's. Most importantly, the 2 innocent children burned and buried on his property show he had a part in every death surrounding he and Lori. He's guilty, and i hope the jury can see that so these victims and families can have the justice they deserve.

John Prior comes across as a condescending oaf. The intonation in his voice always sounds like he's on the verge of wanting to say "ah haa!... gotcha there didn't I". The State seem to be very slow on the uptake when it comes to objections which is allowing Prior to lay down a BS narrative for Chad without it being challenged.

In 2012, John Prior was indicted by a grand jury for felony battery with intent to commit rape. Mid trial, Prior accepted a plea deal..he was sentenced to 6 months in jail and a $1,000.00 fine.
The young 20 yr old woman testified that she went to John Priors office for a job and she needed advice on a child custody case.
Prior stated he paid her for sex claiming the woman was in financial dire straights..he claims he offered her a job. The woman stated she refused the job and the legal advice.
Prior testified he did pay her for sex and she lied about it to police, her boyfriend and her family...
So that tells you a bit about who John Prior is..😮😮😮

Oh but they planned to put the bodies on David's land if they could talk him in to buying that land next to Chad's . Those bodies would not have been on Chad's for long . They would have pinned the murders on Melanie G. and David and when the police went to search they would have been on his land , but I think David caught on to what was going on and he got Gibb and left early the next morning . Gibb still hadn't a clue that her besties were setting her up to take the fall for the kids deaths.

I have always thought that Chad was there that night after the podcast . I figured that's why Lori's bedroom door was locked and why she didn't answer when Melanie G was knocking on her door that night . And neither of them Chad or Lori answered their phones when Melanie G. was trying to get them that night when David had his scary nightmare. 😉🤔😆 Why else wouldn't Lori open the door for her friend and guest ??I would unless there was someone else there with me or maybe if I had left and went to Alex's apartment with JJ or to Chad's field or barn to murder and bury him . He was drugging Tammy soooo...Chad could have been anywhere and so could have Lori and Alex too.

Why does it seem lately defense attorneys are so snarky and condescending. Is that something new being taught in law school? If I was in a hurry it would be hard to ignore his attitude. I really enjoy watching good attorneys and I do love seeing how court is supposed to work, but Apple River and this is difficult, regardless of the horrific reason for the case

I don't get what their defense is.
Based on the defense’s opening statement, they have a few theories. But in a nutshell, they say they’ll show that Chad wasn’t responsible for any of the murders. As to JJ and Tylee, the defense said they will call experts who will testify that Chad’s DNA wasn’t found on them. As to Tammy, they will call an expert who will testify that her manner of death can not be ruled as homicide.

It’s his job to create reasonable doubt but he really is pushing the limits of bringing up excuses for everything. The jury is instructed to look at the cumulative evidence and not for potential “aha” at every point.

Mr. Pryor, Chad‘s attorney, something about the way he talks and asks questions is generally very offensive to me… I think the Jury picks up on this also. Part of it is his tone of voice more than the question itself
Too, I have compassion for C’s children. I understand the “concept” of not wanting to lose their remaining parent. BUT I can’t stand the thought of them accepting his lies. DECISION MAKER(S): Respectfully, can I ask why this courtroom can't successfully film; the judge, witnesses, defendants, lawyers and the rest of the people in the courtroom? Why can't the entire courtroom experience, including seeing actual faces, as if being there, be filmed?
Why I am asking is, the whole idea of watching a trial is seeing a face and the body language, of everyone involved, up close and that is impossible, in this format. The decision to film it like this makes it very hard to see and watch. Just wondering if there are valid reasons for these decisions? This is the only courtroom I find viewing issues with these days. Just wondering...
