Excellent workmanship 👍 that isn’t an easy task, i wouldve just used 90 degree bends and a small offcut and had the job done in 1/2 hour but all depends on the customers spec’s and if the how much profit you want to make as I’m sure this took hours to complete

@@TrendDIY belt-sander for any heavy grinding needed and sand paper to smooth the edge. You want tge whole thing as thin as possible usually. Finally, whet stones to sharpen the final edge. You can use diamond grit stones too

Yes, good work, but you can't get away with a poxy inside finish like that anywhere around here, and apart from the precision mark out, that is the most INNEFFICIENT way I have seen! Can you not buy 90degree elbows there? 4 welds instead of 20 cuts and 10 welds, not to mention the questions going through your mind about which side of the line to err on. I definite would not attempt that with anything less than 2mm wall tube!

How are you tig welding and grinding your welds go give that tag well due to somebody down the street 13-year-old kid or something like that is bad welds I'd grind them to that is terrible grinding tig welds is that what the world's come to know one takes pride in there work anymore because its all about that fast money 😂we are all screwed

TIG 용접기 사용하는데 차징 이안되니 겉표면은 다 타버리고 열산화되고 내부는 보나마나고 표면 폴리싱(빠우) 해봐야 녹 금방올라옴.
