Great to see you again commander, the vid is awesome. Combat is so confusing i have stuck to mining but now there is light at the end of the tunnel. I can follow build up to a point but i dont have things like prismatic sheilds so will look forward to your vid on how and why you get them. I am so looking forward to your next series thanks for all your help commander o7

I'd consider going back down to lightweight bulk heads with heavy/deep plating (since lightweight bulks have 0 mass you get a considerable boost in integrity for no additional mass), and putting that life support back down to D to give you more maneuverability and power plant room. I'd work at upgrading the sensors before the life support at the very least. I think I would also consider switching those hull reinforcements to Guardian Shield Boosters. You are running a mix of shield tank and hull tank, but think you would ultimately be better served running hard on the shield tank. 3,800 integrity is a bit overkill on a prismatic build considering if your prismatics do go down you are probably just running since they take so dang long to bring back up.
I'd also consider going 50/50 on the shield boosters between heavy duty and resistance augmented, your overall resistances will go down but I would think the math would work out that your effective hit points would go up (more total hit points to benefit from the resistances, especially considering that resistances have diminishing returns the more you stack them).
You might also switch from 7a Shield Cell Banks to 7b. B class gets an extra charge, so while it gives you less hit points per charge, you get more total hit points before needing to restock. I also believe they use less power, which will help give you the room in your power plant to run guardian boosters, level 5 engineered boosters, and maybe even upgrading those pulse lasers to more beam lasers.

Not OP, but: beams to melt shields, multicannons to chop up metal! I usually use a giant beam, but others generally do the opposite (giant MC). I find that giant, heavily engineered beams still do decent damage to hulls while my medium MCs are chewing away, and by obliterating the shields sooner, i can get the rest of the battle done quicker, risking less. Engineer your power plant & distributor though! You can of course use ANY weapon you have a taste for, but beams & MCs are solid, dependable, and work well in most situations.
