Firstly thank you for the post - it seriously helped get me 99% there :) For me a minor variation that others may encounter: Yes -Vlad talked again and led me to every temple but one, despite me having the artefact that was needed (Kappa - from Emissary/Hunter) so sitting on 24 done incl Barret's - scratching my noggin. Then I remembered something I read elsewhere - that sometimes the "Power from Beyond" does not pop as active in the "All Missions" list when it should. So I went into Missions/Misc and sure enough it was sitting there with the 24th artefact quest waiting to selected. Worked perfectly once selected and left marker etc etc. Hope that helps someone and they don't pull their hair out :)
The ship is capped to upgrade at the 6th NG+, while the suit at the 10th NG+. It should have the name Venator. If it's not named like that, then you haven't capped it yet!
Ok I figured it out. If you’re doing NG+ and you’ve done all the templates for Vladimir and he stops giving out temple locations you’ll have to go back to The Lodge and “Talk to Sarah” under the Among The Stars quest line. Once she gave me the artifacts I simply backed out and Vladimir had more Temples for me to discover at The Eye.
Another RUclipsr also mentions this but after the mission (Revelations) you need to make sure you don’t build the Armillary for the mission (One Giant Leap). If you build the armillary or finish one Giant Leap then you have to NG+ as it locks you out of the other temples. I’m still on my first play through at the moment. I have yet to build the Armillary and I’ve also done Barrett’s artifact and temple for the parallel self power. So do not build the Armillary or complete one giant leap in order to keep getting all 24 powers. Again I’m on my first play through and haven’t NG+ yet. My character level is currently 130. I only have 23/24 powers but I also think it’s because it bugged supernova for me. People have reported, “On the main quest (Among the Stars) complete everything until (Go to Oborum III) where you meet the Emissary and the Hunter. Don't go there. Complete all temples Vladimir gets you” to prevent the bug for supernova. Hope this info helps others in the same boat
The new Starfield update did fix this major glitch for me…finally. On my first play through I had 23/24 powers and Vladimir wouldn't tell me the last location for the last temple to get my last power which is super nova (for me). When I logged back in today (Sep 8, 2024) to check the game, it had then gave me the mission when arriving to the lodge and stepping foot inside the building. Afterwards I also claimed the vehicle for planet travel (which you pay for). There’s also a planet map now showing the temples and various locations (which made it easier to find the temple on the planet since it shows the actual place with a mini picture of the temple, so no need for the scanner). So for me the planet was Tau Ceti VIII-b with the temple there. The last time I played this game was in February 2024. At least this part is fixed before the DLC drops end of this month. However, it does still say, “3 undiscovered temples” on the side when viewing my list of powers.
To avoid having a 23/24 bug During the main quest "A small step" you will find your first artifact of the game, do the tutorial and go to the lodge there you learn that two artifacts have already been found by constellation... Continue the main story by doing the quest " The Old Quarter" where you will meet the Moara vanguard who has an artifact, continue with the quest "The Empty Nest" or after eliminating the Shaw gang you will recover another artifact, then do the quest "Into the Unknown " or you will collect two more artifacts, continue with the quest "All things at a price" where you will make a trade with Musgrove who sells an artifact, the next quest is "Further into the unknown" where you will collect two artifacts , continue the main quests with "No sudden movements" or you will have to approach the "SCOW" with its captain "Petrov" in possession of an artifact that you will have to steal... (After completing the "no sudden movements" quest you need to obtain 10 powers before starting the "unity" quest) During the quest "Unity" normally follow the quest until Oboron III. You should not go to Oboron III without having the ten powers, after having obtained ten powers you can go to Oboron III and meet the Astrians who will give the location of an artifact. At the end of the quest go to the lodge and speak with the other constellation members, Vladimir will announce that the iris is repaired and give the location of two other artifacts and start the quest "Last Glimpses" however a power is missing this stage because we have eleven artifacts but ten powers... It's normally... You must see two undiscovered temples, Continue the main quest until "Revelation" you will have to have 13 powers before going to the final fight, in the final fight you will receive ten artifacts, An artifact to pick up in the center of the buried temple, The emissary give you four (Omega, PI, RHO, XI) Hunter give you five (Delta, Epsilon, Gamma, Kappa, Upsilon) go do all the temples and you will normally have 23/24, go talk to Barret and get your last fine power... I had to restart the game six times because I still had 23/24 powers, and everything I mentioned above worked for me Sorry if my English is bad because im French Player 😅
One way I discovered that I missed powers on my first playthrough is when I visit a temple and it grants me no power. I’m not entirely sure how it happens, but even if you get the missions, the temples might not give you a power. I found a common trend, though. If the temple is only called “Temple” and doesn’t include a Greek letter in the name, (Temple Gamma, for example), it’s bugged. Here’s how I managed to fix that - I saved before going on the first mission in the batch. I went to the first one, made sure I got the power. Saved, noting which system/planet I went to. Returned to Vladimir for the second one, went to it, made sure I got a power. Saved, noting the system/planet again. Rinse a repeat until you get all of the missions per artifact and call it good. If at any point I went to a planet and it didn’t have a Greek letter in the name or give me a power, I loaded my last save and didn’t return to Vladimir. I would go and do something else. Other missions, modify ships or even specifically level up. I’d save again, return to Vladimir and sometimes he would give me a different planet. If not, reload the last save and continue doing something else and leveling up. Rinse and repeat until I got a different planet from Vladimir. Then start the cycle again making sure the temple has a Greek letter and gives me a power.
This is the only thing I can think of why I am missing 3..well one is bugged but I do recall that happening while playing through the game. The past few days I've been trying to figure this bug out and today I noticed what you mentioned even though I just did it prior from loading the original load. When I noticed it didn't say what temple, it seriously didn’t give me a power. So that must be why I'm missing at least 2 of the 3. Thank you. Makes me wish I could go back but oh well. Guess I'll just go into NG+
So you have been at Pyraas VIII-A. That's where I'm at now, but I can't for the life of me find any temple there. There's no distortion either, only a few of the anomalies, I think there are three of those in total. So, I'm back after doing Barrett's personal quest, but so far I haven't been able to get any location from him. I may have to wait and do more random quests. Or maybe I have to talk to everybody? I already chose side, and that didn't make any difference. I wish I could find a list over all the temple locations. I know they're fixed, so if I could find a list, it would be easy to see which one I haven't visited yet. I really don't want to play through the game more than I have to because I have a lot to do outside of gaming. Anyway, thank you so much for this video, Z1! :) - I can tell you've done a lot of work to figure this out, and I just somehow forgot to thank you for that when I first made this comment.
Thank you so much. I've been holding off on the final mission and basically pulling my hair out trying to figure out why Vlad won't give me any more temple locations when I only have 14 of my powers.
ATTENTION: Vladimir will give you a set of temples one by one for each set of artifacts you have. When you first new game go talk to Vlad after talking to sarah. Then after he gives you the artifacts talk to him again about temples. He should then give you about 4 only giving you them one at a time. After you do the 4 go collect the artifacts as he uses them to find the temples. After finding the artifacts talk to sarah but don’t exhaust her dialogue. She should give you more artifacts to which you then go back to Vlad. Note that you may not have the quest for vlad but after getting the set from sarah just talking to him will start the quest again. Now he should give you 10 temples one at a time. After finish the story and after finishing he moves to constellation hq where you can get the rest from him. Basically there’s 3 sets of artifacts, yours, constellation and the hunter+ Emissary
I feel doing this is the worst part pf the game. The powers and artifacts, especially powers, are so boring to get and it feels like such a waste of time.
When you first go to an unvisited system, if it has a temple it will activate a new quest to get that power. You can probably just brute force visit all systems once to find all temples without even talking to Vlad, though you might need to unlock at least one temple first. In my game one system had temples on two of the planets and it made separate quest steps for each!
This was what I needed to know I have 22 of 24 and Vlad has no more quests for me so guess I'm visiting every system lol. Well I need the achievement anyways 😂
@@RyanOsborne-qf3pd same here I gave up and just started a ng+ from what I understand leveling powers doesn't give achievements and only reduces costs and since I forget to use them anyways I'll just focus on maxing all skills instead haha
On my first load, no ng+, I completed the main quest to access all 24 powers. I built a outpost to farm till lvl 100. I then loaded ng+. Powered through all the ng+ to power up all my powers again. Grindy as he'll. Once all powered up, I then stayed in my last world and doing a thorough play through, no skipping main quest.
Barrett will give you his mission after you ask him about Unity (after talking with the 2 starborn). Stay talking with him in the Lodge until he gives you his mission: A World Apart, which appears in ALL menu.
Thank you for this tip!!... I will try it in my new playthrough. PS. I've already completed his companion quest 'World's A Part'. I've spoken to him a trillion times since then, but he just doesn't give me any artifact- or temple location. I think, perhaps, the problem is that I didn't befriend/romance him until after I completed all the rest. But obviously, I can't know for certain what the reason is for this issue. I read a comment by another player, who said it's a bug that makes Barrett not give you any location, even if he does give you his companion quest and come along when you play and complete it.
@@bigdaddydave8811 you should be able to get all 24 maxed out in 10 playthroughs but the problem is supernova seems to be bugged various people (myself included) it wont have vlad send us to get it. Like im level 75, have done all the main quest except the very last one, i got the achievement to visit all systems, ive done all 4 faction quest, i STILL havent gotten vlad to tell me where supernova is
the technique worked halfway for me. I went from 14 to 22 power. vladimir no longer gives me a location. Barret does give me a temple. I'm still 2 powers short, super nova and life forced I've visited all the systems (119). it shows me 5 undiscovered temples, with the bug that there are 3 temples left at the end, I'm missing 2 temples to visit. it's driving me crazy
@@tlip3480 i think it's a bug unfortunately. finding no solution i started ng+. Currently at ng+5 I get all the powers, even some times 2 temple for the same power but does not increase the level of these. I would do a ng+11 to have all the powers at level 10.
After getting the final mission vlad's temple quests become listed in that grouped category for all the optional quests that have little to no story significance and are radiant or borderline radiant quests. It never appears there, but I assume that is what is happening because if you check the map you can still see an untracked quest blip for him that says to talk to him. After that it should start showing up as normal.
I'm on my first playthrough and I have 6 undiscovered temples but 3 missing powers. I'm on One Giant Leap but Vlad is not giving me anymore locations. I got the one from Barret's sidequest as well but I have no idea how to get the last 3 powers :')
I am missing Barret's quest cause he died so i'm missing just one which is pissing me off, on top of it it says 3 undiscovered temples. I don't know what I did to get them all, it suprises me that many people are missing several. So I assume we can miss more than one, that sucks.
@@levivelarde1064 So I started a NG+ and eventually I got all the powers. It's just that I won't get them all powered up on the same playthrough each time unfortunately. So if you're missing some and don't mind not all of them getting ranked up on your next playthrough just start NG+ and Vlad should give you locations to the powers you're missing eventually.
I obtained 24+ temples in my first run. I suppose you have to sell him information of planets that you already completed scan and he will give you more temples. I suppose
Really surprised you have not picked up the permanent skill magazine sitting on the ledge next to the artifact stand. Can be seen in front of you at 6:15.
i currently have parallel self 6 on my main. it is amazing for non follower builds and follower builds alike. i even have a better weapon on hot key. switch to better wpn. hit hotkey for p-self power. bring him in. switch back to main weapon. i change weapons he uses based on the situation. hot tip, if you have grenades equipped when you use that power, he will likely toss grenades a couple times
Im tempted to just restart the game. Im stuck on the mission All That Money Can Buy because walter is bugged. They haven't fixed it yet so I cant even get through the main missions. Im so annoyed and only have 6 temples done. So I was trying to see if I could find a way around it to find more anomolys but guess not? Its so frustrating!
i stopped looking for the temples before my NG+ which probably means, if i did it on my new game, my powers wont all become 10. and i dont want to start a whole new game save, but i might have to. and honestly its more challenging when you have nothing even skills.
Hi I've having a problem with the games main quest line I've done all of these ones so far -one small step .the old neighborhood. The empty nest. Into the unknown. Back to vectera. Now I'm sure there's supposed to be more quests than this . I haven't collected all the artifacts and I've spoken to Vlad and he just says he hasn't found any new ones for me to find yet and to check back later? I'm starting to feel like my game pass copy of the game is broken . and it isn't just the main quests some other ones are like it too like the great Laredo caper and we're you have to report back to Anna Wilcox I kid you not but at this very moment the mission blue dot is saying I've got to get back on my ship and go to her but I'm already on akila city and went to the bar were she is supposed to be and nothing not there . Also I even reinstalled the game to see that would fix but nope still the same do you know if there have been other people or your self who are experiencing the same issues
I’m so confused . I was watching a video to find an artifact on Procyon 3 or something and the guy went to the abandoned cryo lab . But instead I found a temple and it just told me to go back to the lodge without any artifact . So am I supposed to just keep finding temples now ? Or artifacts ? Why couldn’t I do both on that planet ? Is the mission glitched ?
I have already done Revelation, and I did his power from beyond quest until I have 22/24 powers. Apparently one is tied to Barrett being alive? But he died in my world so idk if I'm just locked out of that one. Any way to get those final 2? Theyre Parallel self and Supernova powers. If anyone knows how to get those please let me know
@@AZodiacCancer so I did go to NG+ and wound up getting parallel self 2 immediately even though I never got parallel self 1, but supernova I only got the base power so I had everything at stage 2 with supernova at stage 1 by the end of NG+. This has continued to all powers being at level 3 by this point, I guess supernova will just always be one level behind the others
So like Bethesda fashion they make it impossible to do the beret quest if you chose to go to the eye instead of staying at the lodge to protect the artifact
U r correct on both vlad and Barrett. Just progress Barrett’s story line. My second power location is bugged and can’t get it. I believe I’m stuck on getting additional ones
In my first playthrough Barrett was killed, but i got it in my first NG+ and i got than all the other powers, so i think you can get all powers easily in NG+ but you have to ask Vlad over and over again
I would like to get all the powers before starting a NW+ however Vlad doesn't give me the location of the last temple he says to come back later, does anyone know what to do?
Can you please update this and confirm if the vlad missions come back up again and let you get all 24. Also, there is some unfirmed statements that is you go to a system with a temple it will generate the same quest.... And some say you have to go to each planet, going to the system won't do it.... any clarification or help would be much appreciated. Last, thanks for this.
I’m really just doing this for the suit with its protection…and the look, but I was trying to at least acquire all the powers and just beam to collecting everything so I can do my final play trough and start over so I can collect, build ships and do missions. Gaining new missions for the powers stopped at like 5 for me. And now the game just randomly gives me new ones and upgrades others. I’ve already restarted 3 times so I’m not looking to make the powers max out. Some aren’t even all that if we’re being honest and I can just use an overpowered weapon to compensate. But I can’t get some of those because I’m sitting here almost 4 days in of trying to technically do one mission. 🙃 I even tried asking after I collected the rest of the artifacts too so idk. Feels like another unfixed glitch to me. Already bad enough we’re “supposed” to do this ten times. Really fills in the content huh ?
Im on my first play through, I have all the powers except barrets because i let the hunter take him 😅 but ill get his on my ng+ run. I dont know how i got supernova but if i had to guess its because my ship/crew/traits allow me to jump very far. I can go at least 50+ lights years each jump
I hope we don't have to get a power quest from Sarah too because she died in an earlier quest where I couldn't save her, even though I meant to. You probably know the quest I'm talking about. They told me at the lodge that Sarah was in danger, and I decided to go and save her, but before I got to leave, we were attacked and Walter was about to get killed. What was I supposed to do?! Of course I tried to save him before I left for Sarah. But when I got to where Sarah was at, she was already dead, even though it had literally been a few seconds. But of course, when lives are in danger, seconds is all it takes. I just don't see how I could've acted differently. I thought about reloading, but I decided to live with the consequence since I will have a chance to play through with Sarah as a companion in NG+. :)
Do we have to keep playing new game plus over and over? To get all magic items. It's rather annoying. I'm only on my second play through and just wanna get everything without redoing it again
I already have the power you say barret gives but haven't done his quest can't get it to start, I've got 22 powers the guy has the option for you to ask about powers but hasn't found any. Also at end of game and stuck I don't want to finish without all powers
It ought I just had to get through Barrett’s story line. He’s the one that died. I can’t talk to him after I talk to the two star born because he is one of them.
This did in fact work for me, on the plus side I got the achievement for visiting every star system. Ng+ and I skipped the main story had to get the last artifacts for this to happen like you said stuck at 3
Nope… not 100%. I’m stuck with 6 temples left. Have done everything except for go to unity (to include Barrett’s power mission). Vladimir has just stopped talking. Says he doesn’t have any new temples. Rumor has it if u have visited a system due to side quest, but you didn’t go to temple there, it bugs vlad out.
it seems like i may not be able to get all of them before my first ng+ due to a bug and it looks like others online have been having the same issue where it will sometimes lock you out of finding the distortions, i am getting a power on al-battani and i have searched everywhere for this thing and i've been trying the different fixes for this bug too but the first few didn't work so lets hope it doesn't happen in the first reset i do or maybe i should wait to see if they can patch this bug out idk
Thanks for this. I’ve been stuck trying to figure out where my last power was. I won’t be able to get it tho sadly because Barrett actually died on my playthrough. Don’t need the power anyway so no big deal.
I find siding with the hunter is best for collecting the powers. You see the hunter kills all of the constellation members this eliminating Vlad so you don't need to talk to him you just interact with the nave device at the eye.
Yes barret gives the most powerful one 😍 you have to complete the quest in which you have to solve the case. He can then also use the power. I had it in my first game.
I'm up to Final Glimpses and Unearthed, but I've only found 11 powers. Vlad keeps telling me he hasn't made a match yet. Any ideas on how to get him to tell me where to find others?
am abit stuck on the last power,i didnt get anny more loctions from him and i just did barrets power quest but am stil missing one so am not quat shure what im suppose to do for the last power
Its weird how is nobody asking what the origin of the powers and temples are. I smell DLC choices. Or maybe in true Bethesda fashion there is a secret terminal on some backwater moon
I haven't built the armillary yet but got the last artifacts from the hunters (if Barrett has one I don't have it I don't think as he's the one that died for me and I have a stuck quest to take to Barett in a part of The Eye that nobody can get to lol) but now on just about every planet I go to a Guardian ship lands and drops off 3 to 6 Starborn and when I kill some of them it's leveling up my powers already so I'm att II and III already on some of them. The ones that level up my powers disappear but the others are on the group and dropping a bunch of legendary weapons and cash which is pretty cool. One time they left the ship and it was a Guardian VI which I had never seen before only went up to V before. I'm also missing a few more temples and have a stuck quest to go to it so hopefully it gets fixed as I've been selling Vlad tons of surveys of planets hoping to get them all before doing NG+.
Bro you can’t get all of the powers until you have all of the artifacts after you fight the star-born for the final artifact DO NOT finish the animally go back to the lodge vlad should be there to give you the rest after the dialog about the eye being shut down finish all of them then build the animally and go to the unity YOUR WELCOME
I think i saw a tooltip once that said they will appear after certain systems have been visited so i think you have to visit all of the star systems at least once in that playthrough.
Good Video, but this also works before you get to the New Game+. I recently started a NG+ and when i saw your video i got back, right before the final jump, then i went to the "Loge" and talked to Vladimir, we talked a little and then i had the Question for new temple and got one. I have 13 powers and it shows 13 temple not found, maybe there are 26 Powers? I will go on with the game and get all powers, before going to the NG+.
Yeah i just got the option before doing revelation but he sends me to a planet piazzi iv-c where i had already got a power and if there is a 2nd temple on the same planet its not giving me a starting location. I hoped all over the planet and my scanner isnt reacting to anything. And whats weird is it isnt showing the temple i already found the first time i did it on this planet. Typical bethesda f'ing bugs. Just had to upload an old save because Sams quest bugged out and couldnt finish.
I did 10 power missions then it stopped, did all the main missions through revelations and was able to get 10 more powers. Stuck at 20/24 though. Haven't tried Barrett yet(don't have the world's apart option)....yes your suit and ship go up every time, max at 10
Can someone please help me look at my page? I Post a video of this star film game? I was level 41 and recently completed the my control mission. I have 3 sea class ships, 3B class ships, and the rest were regular. But it is nowhere to be found. It shows me back at level 37 and I have no B class or C class ships.
This was VERY helpful. I'll sub. By the way, you can hold down X on controller to put your weapon away.(or reload key on pc)...Walking around the lodge wilst brandishing a loaded shotgun cracked me up. At least you werent' wearing a full space suit like some of the other youtubers lol!
This sort of worked for me but not completely. At this point in the story I had 9 more temples to find. After doing this quest and talking to Vladimir he started giving me them again but for some reason stopped after 6, leaving 3 remaining that I don't have still. This is my first playthrough. Gonna keep trying to see if it's possible to get all 24 powers without doing NG+, and as I said before I'm 21 out of 24 powers.
@@FamilyGamer2k wait that's supernova right cuz I've been running through the solar system like a maniac and been unable to acquire or even come close to that planetary tarit. Been in the game for over 150 hrs and still in the first playthrough just to acquire that.
I have since gone onto the NG+ runs, just finished my 3rd NG+ and each of those 3 have allowed me to get all 24 powers without issue. So I'm still behind by 1 on the 3 powers it didn't let me get originally. So presumably I will just need to do 1 extra NG+ at the end to max all the powers out.
I didn't know there were 24, I was enjoying not knowing how many there were, maybe you could have just said ALL powers and artifacts, that would have worked.

Continue the main story by doing the quest " The Old Quarter" where you will meet the Moara vanguard who has an artifact, continue with the quest "The Empty Nest" or after eliminating the Shaw gang you will recover another artifact, then do the quest "Into the Unknown " or you will collect two more artifacts, continue with the quest "All things at a price" where you will make a trade with Musgrove who sells an artifact, the next quest is "Further into the unknown" where you will collect two artifacts , continue the main quests with "No sudden movements" or you will have to approach the "SCOW" with its captain "Petrov" in possession of an artifact that you will have to steal... (After completing the "no sudden movements" quest you need to obtain 10 powers before starting the "unity" quest) During the quest "Unity" normally follow the quest until Oboron III. You should not go to Oboron III without having the ten powers, after having obtained ten powers you can go to Oboron III and meet the Astrians who will give the location of an artifact. At the end of the quest go to the lodge and speak with the other constellation members, Vladimir will announce that the iris is repaired and give the location of two other artifacts and start the quest "Last Glimpses" however a power is missing this stage because we have eleven artifacts but ten powers... It's normally... You must see two undiscovered temples, Continue the main quest until "Revelation" you will have to have 13 powers before going to the final fight, in the final fight you will receive ten artifacts, An artifact to pick up in the center of the buried temple, The emissary give you four (Omega, PI, RHO, XI) Hunter give you five (Delta, Epsilon, Gamma, Kappa, Upsilon) go do all the temples and you will normally have 23/24, go talk to Barret and get your last fine power... I had to restart the game six times because I still had 23/24 powers, and everything I mentioned above worked for me

One way I discovered that I missed powers on my first playthrough is when I visit a temple and it grants me no power. I’m not entirely sure how it happens, but even if you get the missions, the temples might not give you a power. I found a common trend, though. If the temple is only called “Temple” and doesn’t include a Greek letter in the name, (Temple Gamma, for example), it’s bugged. Here’s how I managed to fix that - I saved before going on the first mission in the batch. I went to the first one, made sure I got the power. Saved, noting which system/planet I went to. Returned to Vladimir for the second one, went to it, made sure I got a power. Saved, noting the system/planet again. Rinse a repeat until you get all of the missions per artifact and call it good. If at any point I went to a planet and it didn’t have a Greek letter in the name or give me a power, I loaded my last save and didn’t return to Vladimir. I would go and do something else. Other missions, modify ships or even specifically level up. I’d save again, return to Vladimir and sometimes he would give me a different planet. If not, reload the last save and continue doing something else and leveling up. Rinse and repeat until I got a different planet from Vladimir. Then start the cycle again making sure the temple has a Greek letter and gives me a power.
This is the only thing I can think of why I am missing 3..well one is bugged but I do recall that happening while playing through the game.
The past few days I've been trying to figure this bug out and today I noticed what you mentioned even though I just did it prior from loading the original load. When I noticed it didn't say what temple, it seriously didn’t give me a power. So that must be why I'm missing at least 2 of the 3.

So you have been at Pyraas VIII-A. That's where I'm at now, but I can't for the life of me find any temple there. There's no distortion either, only a few of the anomalies, I think there are three of those in total.
So, I'm back after doing Barrett's personal quest, but so far I haven't been able to get any location from him. I may have to wait and do more random quests. Or maybe I have to talk to everybody? I already chose side, and that didn't make any difference.
I wish I could find a list over all the temple locations. I know they're fixed, so if I could find a list, it would be easy to see which one I haven't visited yet. I really don't want to play through the game more than I have to because I have a lot to do outside of gaming.

Thank you so much. I've been holding off on the final mission and basically pulling my hair out trying to figure out why Vlad won't give me any more temple locations when I only have 14 of my powers.
ATTENTION: Vladimir will give you a set of temples one by one for each set of artifacts you have. When you first new game go talk to Vlad after talking to sarah. Then after he gives you the artifacts talk to him again about temples. He should then give you about 4 only giving you them one at a time. After you do the 4 go collect the artifacts as he uses them to find the temples. After finding the artifacts talk to sarah but don’t exhaust her dialogue. She should give you more artifacts to which you then go back to Vlad. Note that you may not have the quest for vlad but after getting the set from sarah just talking to him will start the quest again. Now he should give you 10 temples one at a time. After finish the story and after finishing he moves to constellation hq where you can get the rest from him. Basically there’s 3 sets of artifacts, yours, constellation and the hunter+ Emissary
I feel doing this is the worst part pf the game. The powers and artifacts, especially powers, are so boring to get and it feels like such a waste of time.
When you first go to an unvisited system, if it has a temple it will activate a new quest to get that power. You can probably just brute force visit all systems once to find all temples without even talking to Vlad, though you might need to unlock at least one temple first. In my game one system had temples on two of the planets and it made separate quest steps for each!
This was what I needed to know I have 22 of 24 and Vlad has no more quests for me so guess I'm visiting every system lol. Well I need the achievement anyways 😂

@@RyanOsborne-qf3pd same here I gave up and just started a ng+ from what I understand leveling powers doesn't give achievements and only reduces costs and since I forget to use them anyways I'll just focus on maxing all skills instead haha

On my first load, no ng+, I completed the main quest to access all 24 powers. I built a outpost to farm till lvl 100. I then loaded ng+.
Powered through all the ng+ to power up all my powers again. Grindy as he'll. Once all powered up, I then stayed in my last world and doing a thorough play through, no skipping main quest.
Barrett will give you his mission after you ask him about Unity (after talking with the 2 starborn). Stay talking with him in the Lodge until he gives you his mission: A World Apart, which appears in ALL menu.
Thank you for this tip!!... I will try it in my new playthrough.
PS. I've already completed his companion quest 'World's A Part'. I've spoken to him a trillion times since then, but he just doesn't give me any artifact- or temple location. I think, perhaps, the problem is that I didn't befriend/romance him until after I completed all the rest. But obviously, I can't know for certain what the reason is for this issue.
I read a comment by another player, who said it's a bug that makes Barrett not give you any location, even if he does give you his companion quest and come along when you play and complete it.
11 times. 10 to acquire them all and max them. 1 more to play through and enjoy the full powered madness.😏
it'll most likely take more than 10 playthroughs to max them all if that's your goal
@@bigdaddydave8811 you should be able to get all 24 maxed out in 10 playthroughs but the problem is supernova seems to be bugged various people (myself included) it wont have vlad send us to get it. Like im level 75, have done all the main quest except the very last one, i got the achievement to visit all systems, ive done all 4 faction quest, i STILL havent gotten vlad to tell me where supernova is
but... you don't need to simply end your last playthrough to restart, you can just go full powermad in the 10th...

the technique worked halfway for me.
I went from 14 to 22 power.
vladimir no longer gives me a location.
Barret does give me a temple.
I'm still 2 powers short, super nova and life forced
I've visited all the systems (119).
it shows me 5 undiscovered temples, with the bug that there are 3 temples left at the end, I'm missing 2 temples to visit.

Currently at ng+5 I get all the powers, even some times 2 temple for the same power but does not increase the level of these.
I would do a ng+11 to have all the powers at level 10.

After getting the final mission vlad's temple quests become listed in that grouped category for all the optional quests that have little to no story significance and are radiant or borderline radiant quests. It never appears there, but I assume that is what is happening because if you check the map you can still see an untracked quest blip for him that says to talk to him. After that it should start showing up as normal.
I can't get Barret to spill the beans. I completed his friendship quest and even sacrificed my wife to save him.
Stupid temples won't show up for me after revelation. No markers on the planet, nothing... Skink in particular
I'm on my first playthrough and I have 6 undiscovered temples but 3 missing powers. I'm on One Giant Leap but Vlad is not giving me anymore locations. I got the one from Barret's sidequest as well but I have no idea how to get the last 3 powers :')

I am missing Barret's quest cause he died so i'm missing just one which is pissing me off, on top of it it says 3 undiscovered temples. I don't know what I did to get them all, it suprises me that many people are missing several. So I assume we can miss more than one, that sucks.

@@levivelarde1064 So I started a NG+ and eventually I got all the powers. It's just that I won't get them all powered up on the same playthrough each time unfortunately. So if you're missing some and don't mind not all of them getting ranked up on your next playthrough just start NG+ and Vlad should give you locations to the powers you're missing eventually.
Yeah Barrett is a sick companion to have cos he gets a power too where he summons his alter ego from another universe to help him fight 😂

i currently have parallel self 6 on my main. it is amazing for non follower builds and follower builds alike. i even have a better weapon on hot key. switch to better wpn. hit hotkey for p-self power. bring him in. switch back to main weapon. i change weapons he uses based on the situation. hot tip, if you have grenades equipped when you use that power, he will likely toss grenades a couple times
Im tempted to just restart the game. Im stuck on the mission All That Money Can Buy because walter is bugged. They haven't fixed it yet so I cant even get through the main missions. Im so annoyed and only have 6 temples done. So I was trying to see if I could find a way around it to find more anomolys but guess not? Its so frustrating!
i stopped looking for the temples before my NG+
which probably means, if i did it on my new game, my powers wont all become 10. and i dont want to start a whole new game save, but i might have to. and honestly its more challenging when you have nothing even skills.

I'm starting to feel like my game pass copy of the game is broken . and it isn't just the main quests some other ones are like it too like the great Laredo caper and we're you have to report back to Anna Wilcox I kid you not but at this very moment the mission blue dot is saying I've got to get back on my ship and go to her but I'm already on akila city and went to the bar were she is supposed to be and nothing not there . Also I even reinstalled the game to see that would fix but nope still the same do you know if there have been other people or your self who are experiencing the same issues

But instead I found a temple and it just told me to go back to the lodge without any artifact . So am I supposed to just keep finding temples now ? Or artifacts ? Why couldn’t I do both on that planet ? Is the mission glitched ?
I have already done Revelation, and I did his power from beyond quest until I have 22/24 powers. Apparently one is tied to Barrett being alive? But he died in my world so idk if I'm just locked out of that one. Any way to get those final 2? Theyre Parallel self and Supernova powers. If anyone knows how to get those please let me know
From what I heard if you NG+ The dead companion will be alive if you just do the quest like normal.

@@AZodiacCancer so I did go to NG+ and wound up getting parallel self 2 immediately even though I never got parallel self 1, but supernova I only got the base power so I had everything at stage 2 with supernova at stage 1 by the end of NG+. This has continued to all powers being at level 3 by this point, I guess supernova will just always be one level behind the others
So like Bethesda fashion they make it impossible to do the beret quest if you chose to go to the eye instead of staying at the lodge to protect the artifact
U r correct on both vlad and Barrett. Just progress Barrett’s story line. My second power location is bugged and can’t get it. I believe I’m stuck on getting additional ones
I wish you could pick which ones to go after, instead of wasting time on the useless powers. Only 7 are any good and worth leveling up.
I'm doing this. I wish there was a way to shortcut the "chasing space farts" mini game. That's the most tedious part.
In my first playthrough Barrett was killed, but i got it in my first NG+ and i got than all the other powers, so i think you can get all powers easily in NG+ but you have to ask Vlad over and over again
Please tell me how ypu got the aiming cross hair as a circle, thats so much better then the standard crosshairs.

Don’t quote me on this but I think you get one power per artifact because he says something about tracing the temple by looking at the artifact.
I would like to get all the powers before starting a NW+ however Vlad doesn't give me the location of the last temple he says to come back later, does anyone know what to do?
Can you please update this and confirm if the vlad missions come back up again and let you get all 24. Also, there is some unfirmed statements that is you go to a system with a temple it will generate the same quest.... And some say you have to go to each planet, going to the system won't do it.... any clarification or help would be much appreciated. Last, thanks for this.

I’m really just doing this for the suit with its protection…and the look, but I was trying to at least acquire all the powers and just beam to collecting everything so I can do my final play trough and start over so I can collect, build ships and do missions. Gaining new missions for the powers stopped at like 5 for me. And now the game just randomly gives me new ones and upgrades others. I’ve already restarted 3 times so I’m not looking to make the powers max out. Some aren’t even all that if we’re being honest and I can just use an overpowered weapon to compensate. But I can’t get some of those because I’m sitting here almost 4 days in of trying to technically do one mission. 🙃 I even tried asking after I collected the rest of the artifacts too so idk. Feels like another unfixed glitch to me. Already bad enough we’re “supposed” to do this ten times. Really fills in the content huh ?
Im on my first play through, I have all the powers except barrets because i let the hunter take him 😅 but ill get his on my ng+ run. I dont know how i got supernova but if i had to guess its because my ship/crew/traits allow me to jump very far. I can go at least 50+ lights years each jump

You probably know the quest I'm talking about. They told me at the lodge that Sarah was in danger, and I decided to go and save her, but before I got to leave, we were attacked and Walter was about to get killed. What was I supposed to do?! Of course I tried to save him before I left for Sarah. But when I got to where Sarah was at, she was already dead, even though it had literally been a few seconds. But of course, when lives are in danger, seconds is all it takes. I just don't see how I could've acted differently.
I thought about reloading, but I decided to live with the consequence since I will have a chance to play through with Sarah as a companion in NG+. :)
Do we have to keep playing new game plus over and over? To get all magic items. It's rather annoying. I'm only on my second play through and just wanna get everything without redoing it again

My game is glitched! I cut the omicron artifact out with a cutter and the I can grab or take the artifact! I’ve restarted the mission and everything!
It ought I just had to get through Barrett’s story line. He’s the one that died. I can’t talk to him after I talk to the two star born because he is one of them.
This did in fact work for me, on the plus side I got the achievement for visiting every star system.

Nope… not 100%. I’m stuck with 6 temples left. Have done everything except for go to unity (to include Barrett’s power mission). Vladimir has just stopped talking. Says he doesn’t have any new temples. Rumor has it if u have visited a system due to side quest, but you didn’t go to temple there, it bugs vlad out.
i did revelation, got 3 left to go, but he's giving me the silent treatment again :)
The magazine is still sitting on the railing (by the display armalary) in the lodge (What is up with that?!).
it seems like i may not be able to get all of them before my first ng+ due to a bug and it looks like others online have been having the same issue where it will sometimes lock you out of finding the distortions, i am getting a power on al-battani and i have searched everywhere for this thing and i've been trying the different fixes for this bug too but the first few didn't work so lets hope it doesn't happen in the first reset i do or maybe i should wait to see if they can patch this bug out idk

You can get it on NG+, plus rank two also on that same universe. Just talk to Barrett and a star born dialogue will show up.
Barrett definitely gives you a specific power. But still can't find the 24th power
I find siding with the hunter is best for collecting the powers. You see the hunter kills all of the constellation members this eliminating Vlad so you don't need to talk to him you just interact with the nave device at the eye.
He stopped at 23 for me. I’ve been speaking to him at the lodge for a week. Can’t get the last power

Go to the unity and then walk away. That will also trigger more temples.

Yes barret gives the most powerful one 😍 you have to complete the quest in which you have to solve the case. He can then also use the power. I had it in my first game.

eliminate the starborn on your 1st playthrough then go back to the eye and ask for more temples
I haven't built the armillary yet but got the last artifacts from the hunters (if Barrett has one I don't have it I don't think as he's the one that died for me and I have a stuck quest to take to Barett in a part of The Eye that nobody can get to lol) but now on just about every planet I go to a Guardian ship lands and drops off 3 to 6 Starborn and when I kill some of them it's leveling up my powers already so I'm att II and III already on some of them. The ones that level up my powers disappear but the others are on the group and dropping a bunch of legendary weapons and cash which is pretty cool. One time they left the ship and it was a Guardian VI which I had never seen before only went up to V before. I'm also missing a few more temples and have a stuck quest to go to it so hopefully it gets fixed as I've been selling Vlad tons of surveys of planets hoping to get them all before doing NG+.

I think i saw a tooltip once that said they will appear after certain systems have been visited so i think you have to visit all of the star systems at least once in that playthrough.

I recently started a NG+ and when i saw your video i got back, right before the final jump, then i went to the "Loge" and talked to Vladimir, we talked a little and then i had the Question for new temple and got one. I have 13 powers and it shows 13 temple not found, maybe there are 26 Powers?
I will go on with the game and get all powers, before going to the NG+.
Yeah i just got the option before doing revelation but he sends me to a planet piazzi iv-c where i had already got a power and if there is a 2nd temple on the same planet its not giving me a starting location. I hoped all over the planet and my scanner isnt reacting to anything. And whats weird is it isnt showing the temple i already found the first time i did it on this planet. Typical bethesda f'ing bugs. Just had to upload an old save because Sams quest bugged out and couldnt finish.
Game had amazing potential. But fell. So bad. Excited for next fallout though because the gun play etc in starfield is actually pretty good
I did 10 power missions then it stopped, did all the main missions through revelations and was able to get 10 more powers. Stuck at 20/24 though. Haven't tried Barrett yet(don't have the world's apart option)....yes your suit and ship go up every time, max at 10

I have 3 sea class ships, 3B class ships, and the rest were regular. But it is nowhere to be found. It shows me back at level 37 and I have no B class or C class ships.

This sort of worked for me but not completely. At this point in the story I had 9 more temples to find. After doing this quest and talking to Vladimir he started giving me them again but for some reason stopped after 6, leaving 3 remaining that I don't have still. This is my first playthrough. Gonna keep trying to see if it's possible to get all 24 powers without doing NG+, and as I said before I'm 21 out of 24 powers.
1 of the powers you only get when finish the story so your only looking for 2 more, hope you find them.
@@FamilyGamer2k wait that's supernova right cuz I've been running through the solar system like a maniac and been unable to acquire or even come close to that planetary tarit. Been in the game for over 150 hrs and still in the first playthrough just to acquire that.
known bug i also have 3 missing temples/powers
I have since gone onto the NG+ runs, just finished my 3rd NG+ and each of those 3 have allowed me to get all 24 powers without issue. So I'm still behind by 1 on the 3 powers it didn't let me get originally. So presumably I will just need to do 1 extra NG+ at the end to max all the powers out.

How did you get supernova? I've been trying to find it.
I didn't know there were 24, I was enjoying not knowing how many there were, maybe you could have just said ALL powers and artifacts, that would have worked.
If you count the spots where the powers are you would see how many there are. Its not an end game spoiler.
I did the power missions but I don't get anymore so idk what to do nothing else is showing up for me I go back to the eye and he says he has 1 more temple
