Great intro to speed session for beginner or returning runners

- The last month or so I have uploaded some sessions that I have been using to prove that my return to injury is progressing enough to take on a more structured plan and this is the last of them to share with you.
Run these reps quite hard as if you are in the middle of a 10km or RPE 8/10
The important part of this typeof training can actually be during the recovery so the aim is to not keep these too slow.
Roll into your recovery and keep it at a moderate level so that you recover just enough for the next rep
This helps with your rhythm and changes of pace during training and racing.
