Thanks for the video, I watched the whole thing without rewinding to absorb it haha. It's the first tutorial that helps me understand without being bored too quickly. Guess I'm making some progress
im learning to draw and rig my own model after deciding i want to stream and i almost gave up on live2D before even starting because it looked very overwhelming. your tutorials have made it a lot more understandable and less overwhelming thank you for making these!!
You are so incredible! Thank you a million times! I want to shout your videos from the rooftops to all of the beginners struggling to get started with Live2D.
Thank you so much! I'm just getting into rigging, been wanting to for a while, and your tutorials help me spend a proper amount of time on something without being completely lost!
im having so much trouble merging my warp D and my rotation D !!! ahhhhh but aside from that, youve got some amazing tutorials that have helped me so so much and made my Live 2D expericence so much better~!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE SIMPLE XYZ T_T I HAVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE since my R2G Live2D was cut simple ;v; so yeah ... the others are more advanced and it fried my simple fish brain x'D
That was so helpful I'mma watch the whole series u explain so good u do deserve more views fr I just wanted to ask why is there a lower opacity of my model under the original model when I enable a layer it is rll annoying me sometimes I hope u can help😅
I’m glad it was helpful! And you might have the onion skin feature activated, is a button that has a 3 circles that go from light to dark color, usually on the bottom of the screen!
If you use the automatic rotation deformer tool, you can just move the position of the deformer using shift you know. You don't need to use that other tool.
I love your tutorials, and been trying to make my own, but I did run into a problem. When I got to reflecting the ears, I realized that while its Left Ear was able to move more or less correctly after some adjustments, the Right Ear will not. It either stays hidden behind the head all the time or is constantly away from the heads side, no matter how many times I adjust it. In addition, when the head turns left, the Ear doesn't disappear to the back of the head like it does on yours, and when I try to push it back to the back for adjustment, it stays in the back even when the head turns to show it. Also, I don't know if this helps any, but the Right Ear is the first one I rigged like in your video. Any help would be appreciated.
At 7:06 the reason your ear is not perfectly reflected is because you forgot to check "Angle X" under Reflect parameters inside the Reflect settings window.
8:51 When I try to do this, I get a box saying "please create an object with the same parent deformer selected", what am I doing wrong? Edit: nvm, I had the meshes selected along with the deformer. Make sure you only select the deformer boxes!
hello! I wanted to ask if you know maybe some kind of this bug for the selection brush. as everything works fine the red shading does not appear and it is really annoying cuz i can't visualize it great with only the purple points 0_0'
Hi, make sure you already have an existing mesh, if you already have one but you can’t see it still, check the "edit level" menu at the top of the screen, depending on the level selected you might not be able to see some information on the screen! Hope that helps! :D
I hope you will see this comment, All the tutorials for head movement never workes i did exactly what you did in the video but it looks very bad and the outline gets very streched and the colour layers on the head dont move with the deformer and clip through to outline i dont know what ive done wrong but nothing will work.
Are you testing on a tracking software or in the physics viewer on Live2D? If you’re using a tracking software check that the X and Y parameters are working with the tracker. (If you remade the parameters in live2d for some reason then you’ll have to update them in the tracking software) If it is on the physics viewer in live2d, check that the mouse have the X and Y parameters active, if not then toggle them on. Hopefully that might give you some ideas on how to solve the problem!

I am confused by the start already... this is the first tutorial I watched, like what are all those lines in 0:12????
8:51 When I try to do this, I get a box saying "please create an object with the same parent deformer selected", what am I doing wrong?
Edit: nvm, I had the meshes selected along with the deformer. Make sure you only select the deformer boxes!

Hi! I haven't had that problem with the selection brush, check on the Live2D updates, they've been updating often maybe that can help!
when you select the object and the mesh takes the shape of the face... that doesn't happen for me, it's just a square. am i doing something wrong?
