Granted, he was a Finn main, and Finn mains are GENUINE scum of the Earth, so his opinion can easily be discarded, but there are people out there. To be fair, I really hate the Jason mains who literally do nothing but jab jab into side b, because while it does look cool, when you only do one thing over and over again, you're basically taking the sauciest character in the game and making them boring, like you do not deserve to play the game if you manage to do that.
i’ve been cooking a lot wit da rework, combo game better than ever. feel like this the best change they did since the first hitstun nerf. teleport rage is def the main bummer but i’ve been practising using dodge + jump to get back on stage. sure don’t hit the same tho that’s fasho 😢
@ last few patches Agent Smith has been getting buffs. I wouldn’t be surprised. I kept telling everyone that he was insane. They made it seem like I was going crazy😭

Rage Armored Teleport is pretty toxic and shameless, I used to spam teleport and ping pong players around the map. if they kept that with shields...I'll be a whole ass villain.

Rage not being lost from teleport was very annoying to deal with in 2v2. Constant Kill move Hitbox flying around the stage while Jason's ally is pressuring your dodges. Not all changes are for 1v1.
This the shit I wanna see. I love the positive happy Spam, but I also like the real shit. We all feel it our boy got a new combo route and bag went from being dog shit to shit. The man just needs Disjoints and its all I've asked for on twitter to them is disjoints.

I thought the rework was not what Jason needed period 😭pfg all I have with Jason is 50 50s and a hit box that my grandma could hit I got super combo with iron giant and Finn the other day and I couldn't get out there combos too many useless moves that can't really combo wtf is this rework
They replaced his machete with a pool noodle. Can’t get kills on fighters in low 100’s. But let’s make sure other characters have no problem getting 0 to death combos. Also love how Jason’s weapons are considered to be apart of his hurtbox 😂
To be fair, the rework was a two sided blade, his neutral is way better, his bed is true and now bed armor breaks, but at the same time, most loops and moves are non existent now. To be honest, i fell like he is better than before, and i was able to get him on master less than half way on the season
Bed always broke armor they just added the animation. The neutral air change was not worth losing rage after teleport. His down tilt is harder to get reads and follow ups after. Neutral air comboing is cool but every characters jab beats it. I can win games against the lower players (masters) but my character just gets outclassed in the upper ranks (grand masters). I know because I’ve beaten the people I’m losing to now before. Jason just doesn’t feel good and he still has MAJOR issues like his hurtbox and lack of disjoints
@unclespamuel i kinda rather have this jason than the old one, specialy with the neutral special stun, althought now i barely can use down attack or the bed because now its inconsistent
Nah you’re not trippin. It seems like Jason’s moves are slower than other tanks while also having less armored moves than them as well. His hitboxes and hurtboxes suck. You can’t evade peoples combos because he has the same dodge distance as everyone else while also being 3x the width. I mean I get the whole “oh sorry guys, we didn’t fix this one hitbox” but no. Jason is the only character in the game where I will get hit by a move 2-3 feet away from him or from them hitting one of his tools/ weapons, while whiffing moves when you’re trying to punish. Every other character you see has problems every once in a while and Jason is a few times a round. Which should fs mean something.

That’s fine but my sword is in his hand cause I threw an attack and he didn’t even flinch. I’ll take getting spiked but if his gun beats my sword every trade that’s a problem.
I took a massive break away from MVS cause I was getting annoyed at the balance of the game and this is the first thing I see when I look up MVS content. I swear every live service game finds a way to snag defeat from the Jaws of Victory.
I’ve been feeling real Meh about the game this season but mainly because I’m already burnt out from life lol. I got back on and played Jason for a few hours and I think I’m back cooking
Yea I’ve been seeing the feedback. I will make this apparent I have only played Jason twice after the update. I’m in that phase where the game feels like a chore to play right now and haven’t really gotten in tune with his changes. I’ll put some practice in and see what I can figure out
