  • I will show you what your BCM (Body Control Module) looks like BCM location, and how to remove, install, replace the BCM in your Jeep Liberty. This is the 1st and only video at the current time anywhere on the Internet showing the procedure, and providing this information! I'll admit it's not that great of a video, but I'm doing this to help others. Many people are searching for this information and until now it's been unavailable. I hope this video finds it's way to those people, and that this helps them.
This video shows a 2006 model however, this procedure is the same for various other model years too. Different years of Jeep Liberty's use different model number BCM's so make sure you get the correct replacement part that's right for your Vehicle.
Body Control Modules are available from ModuleExperts.com
They can rebuild your existing BCM if it's not too far gone like mine was, and they also offer re-manufactured modules. Unless they inform you otherwise, these modules are plug-n-play. They're programmed specifically to your vehicle with the latest up-to-date software, and ready to go. No programming required.
At the time this video was made, it cost approx. $209 including return shipping to rebuild your existing BCM. A re-manufactured BCM is currently selling for $499. Their modules come with a lifetime warranty too!
