    I still do that stop start thing, but am ready to be consistent. You help me a lot with your discussions about calorie deficit, and calorie density.

    I can’t really do coffee anymore because the caffeine causes issues for me… but I do love to drink Dandy Blend mixed with Chaga tea every day ❤️

    I am so glad you said that about coffee. I am a massive coffee drinker, I feel like I can't start my day without it (and love it) but everything with the starch solution says that you shouldn't have it. You need to make this sustainable.

    Happy to see a Kiwi grocery shop here. In stage 2 -- Love your videos since I'm also a lazy vegan. I can live on veggies and mashed potatoes. Weight loss has been very slow but now I am fitting into clothes that I couldn't before. I'm also an ex binge eater and this has helped heaps. Thanks for all your tips.

    When i make my sushi bowl i add some seasoned rice vinegar to hot rice and just few drops of sesame oil and it makes a huge difference ❤️

    I used to be a coffee drinker (always black) but I switched to a grain beverage (Kaffree Roma) to see if it would help with my cholesterol levels. Not sure if it did, but I don’t get coffee jitters any more.

    I’m still in phase 1. But did make 4 potatoes in the microwave and some riced cauliflower that fed me for 3 meals! Need to keep that up! Thanks for the help at being consistent. I am definitely an all or nothing person and that’s not wo.

    I really wanna join this challenge but unfortunately I live in a part of Canada rhats experiencing a child care crisis and sadly I'm unable to work atm. I'm going to try to follow along as best as I can but I will say since starting this way of eating almost 2 weeks ago, I have lost 11 pounds but most importantly, I haven't binged in all of that time ! Last night I ALMOST ate a big bag of chips my husband had left out if the counter but instead, I watched this video(watching again today because I fell asleep) and I want to thank you for the tips and tricks that are helping me stay on track. I'm just so afraid I'm going g to fall off the wagon again without the accountability part of this journey. Hopefully not!

    I started walking 7 miles a day up and down hills on the highway where i used to live.then switched to vegitarian and only ate 🍏 apples for a week but lost 12 lbs in 3 days then continued with the veg diet until i was introduced to veganism and became vegan for 9 years while doing cardio at the gym every day 3 hours a day and then using our treadmill machine an extra 2 hours at home which became addicting and i lost 40 lbs to 2 months and kept losing weight but lost to much.

    The oat milky is amazing, my daughter LOVES IT, but I still prefer soy milky in my tea.

    Everytime we've been to NZ we are shocked by the food prices.....not much here atm though either 😪 All the frozen veg is sold out too so it's challenging......
    Check out Indian grocers too for coconut essence and it's awesome in curry with low cal milks!
    Gives a coconutty flavour without cals or fat👍

      We love the soy milky too!. My hubby is a barista and we personally think that soy milky is better than all the barista brands... and much cheaper!

    I am a morning coffee person. I gave up cream and don’t enjoy coffee very much any more. I don’t like almond milk in coffee. I will try the oat milk. Thank you Chelsea. Enjoy your day!

    Love this video. I like the 2lb non starchy veggies per day suggestion.
    I don't actually need to lose weight but I DO need help with my healthy diet and for keeping my middle fat in check ! ! I also have food intolerances so have to incorporate that into my bowl. . . Thanks Chelsea. .

    I literally live for that first coffee in the morning and if I can at the moment I like to walk into the gardens and sit in the sun before dropping the kids off. Here in the UK its SO HOT so mornings are beautiful out. That was a long winded - Yes, im a coffee lover!! ☕❤️

    I don't eat 2 pounds of non starchy veges. For breakfast I have oats pear and berries. Lunch is pumpkin black beans and salad tea is a large kumura and spinach. Any ideas or tweaks welcome! I'm thinking of joining lwp

    Would you not say that a tweak from stage 4 would be running every day? I’m curious to find out since you’ve been doing it consistently, if you saw a difference in weight loss or body recomp?

    I never drank coffee until I met my husband,because I was allergic to it when I tried it when I was 15. But I still don't love it but like it ,it's tolerable. I only buy good qaulity coffee.ive tried all brands and I hate starbucks.but will drink it if I had no access to any other .I have espresso machines and French machines. So I have coffee ☕ once in a while with silk almond no soy.

    Not team coffee at all, although I look at yours and think it looks so yummy but when I order one, I just don’t enjoy. I’m a matcha green tea girl all the way which grosses a lot of people out ha ha. Each to their own I guess. Love your videos so much xx

    I was a coffee person but after having covid I couldn't have caffeine or even decaf. It's been a year and I tried it again. I can have decaf but I choose to not have it because I don't like it without sugar and that isn't what I want right now. Maybe when I get to my target weight I'll try it again. Just see how I feel.

    I'm at stage 3 I just need to loose the stubborn last 3 kilos. I have a large kumura at night time with salad but I think if I was to change it to non starchy veges and a small amount of starch I'd be good but yeah I get hungry at 430 and that's when I have my last meal

    I feel like I’m in stage 2 but I don’t think I’m losing like most people do. I have been at this for 6 weeks and have lost 13#. I have over 60# to lose. During that time I’ve only had one meal outside of WFPB and that was my birthday. Would you mind to share your thoughts?

    In the intro you said the coffee wasn't worth worrying about and that you'd talk more about that later in the video but I didn't see where you said why later on? I love coffee but definitely worry about the calories I get from it especially when I drink my favorite latte or cappuccino

    Have you got any advice for someone who gets sick of veges fast? I'm loving sweet potato and potatoes right now but brassicas, pumpkin and avocado all bloat me badly and give me a sore tummy 🙁

    I stopped eating rice last month. When I was vegan I never ate it but when I became vegetarian I started and now regret it because it's fattening and it's full of sugar and carbs. I could bwver est rice again.
