If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable way to travel between Singapore to Malaysia, the Aeroline coach is a great choice! The coach also features a toilet on board. Just love your videos Brent! Keep them coming!

A flight one way would cost you around S$110 to KL for budget airline. If you buy few months before maybe a bit cheaper 😅.
Yah most buses have no toilet inside except for a few one. I went to Melaka also no toilet😅

Hi Brent, it's better to take a bus from Singapore to K.L. because you need to 2 hours to check in at Airport n 1 hour flight to K.L. n at KLIA , you will take about 2 hours out of Airport n travel to town. Cheers

I've taken both the bus and flight before, and honestly, there wasn't much of a time difference between the two experiences. The bus pickup point is just 7 min walk from where am staying

I wanted to take this bus last Sept, but the missing toilet was a deal breaker. I took Aeroline instead, but it's so small and not pleasant. But, you go when you gotta go! 😅From your experience, Transtar looks a lot more luxurious. The food looks delicious. The seats look so comfy.

Hopefully High Speed Railway (HSR) between KL-Singapore can be revived soon, so it can cut the journey to 40 mins, quickest way to travel compared by bus, car or even flight!

The electric train line between Johor Baru to KL will be completed by the end of this year. It will go at 140 km/h.. 3 hours travel time.
Another rail line is being proposed. This one will be about 320km/h. Travel time of about 90 minutes.

Some of the Transtar double decker coaches aren't unavailable depending where u're alighting in some parts of KL instead u'll have to board the double decker once u've reached tuas Malaysian immigration. I suggest the next time by land book on Aeroline more comfy food is good price still affordable cheers bro.

  • @jfatsnorlax

I think the slightly cheaper buses aren't much worse. I usually take the bus to KL at the very same timing you did because there's generally no jam at that time, and you arrive just in time for lunch and hotel check in.
Taking the plane is fine, but you'd also need to factor in a bit of time for checking in, clearing immigrations in both countries, and collecting your baggage (approx 2 hours total), and the trip from KL International Airport to the city centre (at least another hour). With the actual 1 hour flight time added in, that's about 4ish hours, which isn't that much faster than the bus ride in.
With the bus ride, once I clear imigrations, I watch a few episodes of a show i download ahead of time, take a nap, and I'm practically there already.

My experience with this bus was not good. On first trip the bus was no show for an hour. We were taken by a normal city bus to border check point then left there wondering what happened. Only an hour later were we contacted and the real bus appeared.
On the trip back we were downgraded to less luxurious bus. When I asked for refund, all they gave was $5 per passenger.
I will never ride with them again. Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.

For me flying is better. Traffic on the bridge and congestion at immigration make going by road a chore. This is why your 5 hr trip became 6.5 hrs and it can get longer than that.
