Guys, we are so proud of you!!!! 😁😁
We love you and we miss you. Borneo has just been so crazy, many a calamity to tell but we have met alot of Dutch people here 🥰🥰🥰
Berjaya Times Square. Haha. Locals usually refer to it as just Times Square. I was confused because locals refer Bandar Tasik Selatan (t/l: South Lake City) as BTS. Why was it confusing? Because TBS is in BTS! Haha. Even their 'tagline' is TBSBTS.
Btw, TBS stands for Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (t/l: Southern Intergrated Terminal).
You should have chosen Aeroline which is a much better choice.. It starts from Maritime Square (near vivo city, harbour front). They serve drinks/snacks and the R&R (pit stop!) is much better also. It stops in front of Corus Hotel, right smack in the middle of KL. Going back, you can wait for the bus in the lounge of the hotel!
Oh wow that’s very helpful and would have been really good to know beforehand 😅 we did have a nice journey though, but would’ve enjoyed the snacks! 😋
Good info.
@@CalamityTravels If you haven't booked a return ticket, you could book it at corus hotel and in the waiting area they serve free refreshments. Aeroline is my first choice when I travel to KL. I think the earliest departure is 8am so you should arrive between 1 and 2pm 😀 Oh, they compare it like flying "business class" but by executive bus!!
@@GajahMengaumTheBruce Oh apa khabar dan belated selamat menyambut Hari Malaysia. Did you take part in "Kereta Sarong", must be fun to dress up!
@@azizahabdullah1143 Khabar baik and thank you for the wishes. Lol, I did not participate. I think most of the participants are around 20+ yrs old.
1. Location of pick up point .IE metro station roads ..slow down
2.cost how to get tickets
3.voice over would be useful and pop up text
I used to live in Malaysia...spent month this year plan to go back for two months
normally, it is only 5 hours journey, but looks like the queue at the border was quite heavy...
TBS = Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (Southern Intergrated Terminal)
BTS = Berjaya Times Square
BTS (Bandar Tasek Selatan) is the Town
TBS (Terminal Bas Selatan) is the Bus Station.
Both located in the same place. Confused? We all are.
Depending on your budget. By air, by train, by bus all can be considered. Just 2 bucks to take a normal bus to jb ciq i think. Aeroline is a luxury bus. Meals are provided usually double decker.
Yes but Aeroline only allows seat selection after payment. So you won’t know what are the available seats left after paying.
Try not to travel interstate during weekend, the road and highway normally CONGESTED due to weekend escapade.
Ah yes we noticed this! 😅 can’t believe we didn’t realise it was Malaysia day coming up as well 😅
Which hotel you are living ? airbnb ?
It is "TBS ~ Terminal Bersepadu Selatan" (Southern Integrated Terminal).
Just done the bus trip myself a week ago. Its not that bad ... considering the price and my anxiety about flying . I decided to get tge bus. It wasnt too bad to be honest. It was comfy i got a nap . Took longer than a plane but only about 2 hours if you include going to airport and checkins etc
Yeah, we thought the same but the reviews on line just fill you with so much anxiety but in reality, the journey was fine and comfortable. Also, much cheaper like you say.
@@CalamityTravels oh ive been on worse . So it was luxury compared to others . Smooth and most importantly ... i felt safe . I like land travels myself 😇
Which bus company is best and economical? How much is airfare from Singapore to KL? If I have a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers) , would you take the bus or fly from Singapore to Kl ? How to buy the bus ticket in advance from US ?
@@kathylaw9528 not sure how much the fare was , maybe 20 or 30 euro , about 40 dollars for one adult , they are pretty decent , it was a 5 or 6 hour drive from what i recall , i hate flying but its convient , so you could do it quicker with flights , might be a bit more expensive , flight prices can vary with fuel , time of year etc so not sure exact;y . to buy tickets i googled , bus from singapore to KL , note i think there is a train you can actually take too and its quicker, depends ,there wasnt really anything awsome on the trip to see , but if like me fear of flying then the bus or train will help
Impo....yes to your cover question.
Book a private ride is the best way to go deeper parts of msia. If jb only then bus is fine.
Hi are there wifi on board? Thanks
hi. your bus from singapore at which station?
Public transportation. Interstate train & buses schedule & tickets are available online. KL Intercity trains LRT & MRT. KL city train monorail. Go KL buses are foc. RAPID buses schedule & real time tracking also available online.
What time you left in Singapore ?what time you arrived in Malaysia
This was filmed a month ago so we forget the time but all of the information is in the video. I'm sure we mention the full duration near the end 😊😊😊
Whatever it is that u prefer, even going all around the world..😉
Hey! Great video btw. Did the bus go by Tuas Checkpoint or Woodlands?
Thank you 😊. I've no idea I'm afraid as they weren't named. We went across the bridge if that helps 😊😊
Tuas Checkpoint(Out SG), Woodlands(Out MY, mostly)
Beautiful virtual tour of kuala lumpur nice and interesting to see the beautiful sceneries there. It looks nice and friendly! I enjoyed the tour 😊👍👍 Im watching from Bangalore
welcome to Malaysia 🇲🇾 guys
Thank you very much, we had a great time in Malaysia and document our experiences in Kuala Lumpur. Check them out 😊😊
Hi May I know which apartment is that? Heading to KL soon, thanks!
Hi, it was a place on airbnb. The building is called 'The Robertson' 🙂
Thanks so much!
@10.39 ~ you said "...on my way to Malaysia". You are already in Malaysia and on your way to Kuala Lumpur.
🤣😅 That is such a great point! That's jet lag for you.
Thanks for sharing. Wondered what it would be like to take bus between SG and KL. I last did that trip on a bus back in 1991 and I think there's a lot more options than back then :) Keep sharing and exploring.
Where R&R is this?
May I know which check point it used means route of bus
We just took the normal route from KL to Singapore. Most buses will take this route 😊
How did you get to your apartment or hotel when you arrived in KL?
We walked
Aeroline / Transtar, both are what, per personal opinion, the best coach service providers between Singapore and West Malaysia. I'm sorry, but personally, have tried several others, and found them simply fairly priced by mileage.
Your trip did remind me my previous along trip at the year of 2008, Kuala Lumpur - Singapore just to purchase something antique. Spend 7 hours in bus, then another 3 hours plus 1/2 hour checking by police officer (cause I asked question in the police station lol) and back to causeway to the Johor Baharu town exactly on 12am 😅.
You don’t have to worry much on your baggage if you don’t bring illegal drugs, else the K9 squad of man’s best friend will be chasing you instead.
In the early 70’s I used to take the train - KTM, direct from Singapore city to KL’s old train station. Took over 12 long hours!
Ooof that’s a long one! We love hearing about how cities used to run when people visited pre-internet. Did you live in Singapore/KL?
@@CalamityTravels I lived in KL, we took the Friday night train to Singapore and the Sunday night train to return to KL after a weekend in Singapore. No aircon in “Ekonomi” class!!
I remember arriving in Singapore after taking the train down from KL in 1977. They use to walk you past these caged German shepherd dogs which were meant drugs dogs - by they seemed to growl at everyone. Singapore officials use to turn you away at the causeway border and tell you your hair was too long and to go get a haircut.
Kkkl is the best in the world
👍 good video 👍👍 Really Amazing 🤩👍 video as usual
the exchange rate is now 1 dollars for 3.5 ringgit
Masha Allah❤
Best of luck
Welcome to food paradise.. Enjoi

Welcome to Malaysia Guys!
Did u still DL mysejahtera app (did they look for it before u enter MY?) im planning to do SG - MY too and maybe i have to pick an earlier time so we could be in Malaysia still daytime ehehehe, what a long journey u had there eheheh
Nope, we didn't have to do it. We hear it got discontinued but please do check before your journey.
This video waa filmed on the 3rd of September so it's pretty recent information and experience.
Hope your journey goes great 😊
Don't take bus if it's the weekend or Public Holiday.
Sometimes it takes 2-4 hrs just on the bridge if it's the school holidays + weekends..
Me too, i just come back from Kl the journey was a nightmare
Welcome back to Malaysia
Thank you so much, we're looking forward to exploring and reminiscing more 😊😊
@@CalamityTravels you're welcome

Nice view from your room, what is the name of the hotel?
Hey guys, it's not a hotel but an airbnb. Do you guys use airbnb? If not, we have a discount code we can share 😊😊
@@CalamityTravels we haven’t in the past. But we are heading out soon so let us know the details.
welcome to malaysia 🤗
Thank you so much. We loved it and still have a few more videos to come from there soon.
@@CalamityTravels 😊👍
start of the video and i knew where u were… u were at katong v near east coast park
Yes, you guessed it!
welcome home
The seats were comfortable but the service was poor, especially for the seniors. Do not expect the drivers to load or unload lugguages from the bus. You have to help yourself. I just came back from KL and the bus took 8hours to reach SG. Driver took his sweet time and just sat in the bus at every stop. I saw one elderly struggled to load the wheelchair fortunately, she made it.
Wi-fi though provided, worked intermittently. No food and drink allowed on board.
Frankly, it is my first time taking kkkl and will be my last time.
Oh I’m so sorry you had such an unpleasant journey, and thank you for the update for KKKL! It really does suck when the care isn’t put into the service of travel, it can be quite a hit or miss; sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you really don’t. I think the timings and durations always have to be taken with a pinch of salt in most places around the world (Asia specifically) But the elderly person not being helped, is sadly unkind.
Lengthy bus journeys suck at the best of times but when you’re not expecting it and also not allowed snacks etc (we always need some snacks stashed in our bags for emergency ‘hangry’ moments 😉) - but it can really change your experience entirely. We really hope the rest of your trip went smoother and you could rest at your destination! Thanks for your comment and for watching! ☺️ N xx
Does this bus has rest room?
I don't think so but other buses may have. Have you done the journey?
@@CalamityTravels Thanks, not yet but planning to visit 02/2023
He spoke Malay & not Malaysian.
When one is a Malaysian means that the person is a citizen of Malaysia.
You can get an early Airasia flight Singapore to Kl for less than about 19 pounds
You look Amazing
Kkkl has four star
👍👏👏👏❤
Bus no toilet ?
Unfortunately, there is no toilet on board. The video shows how many stops we make on the journey from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by bus
Are u indian (tamil) ?
Nah man, Pakistani but we LOVE the tamil people. Always so kind whenever we encounter someone
Should take Aeroline bus..
Not available
@@CalamityTravels could be due to very bad jam at the causeway..traffic is so bad post lockdown..

kalau la high speed train project najib diteruskan ... it more easy for tourists from singapore to come to kuala lumpur malaysia... najib memang perdana menteri yang bijak dan berpandangan jauh... memang menyedihkan bila projek itu tidak diterus
Projek high speed train tu dr zaman mahathir lg perancangan. Tp zaman abdullah badwi die stop...bila time najib die teruskan balik...proposal design by YTL masa era Tun M lagi
all hq base in singapore like coca cola, ikea tamasek microsoft and other international company ady comfirm wanna shift to malaysia, singapore soon become hk no 2. pity singapore now...
