I just finished this on audiobook which he narrates. It is a must read for every American. Not only because it comes from someone who is non political but also someone who speaks up about the political corruption in our law enforcement departments. He has important things to say to every person in this country. He isn't a diplomat. He speaks the truth roughly but honestly. Thank you for writing this, Michael, and for your bravery along with other law enforcement officers, in protecting our Democracy. I will be forever grateful to all of you. Do police, soldiers, firefighters, EMS personnel get EMDR for trauma on an as needed basis? Probably not and they definitely should be provided for with gentleness and responsibility as they are human beings dealing with one of the hardest parts of life. Nobody survives violence, abuse, etc... without experiencing trauma, so the facts are traumatized people are being paid to witness/confront/deal with more trauma. Is this a smart move in our society?🧐🙌💞 Someone should do something about that.
