The large motor drives the screw which moves the actuating arm. The small motor drives the eccentric shaft which releases the spring loaded mechanism and forces the arm into park. You can see that this ISM has been forced into park. The spring mechanism has been released. So turning the screw no longer moves the arm.
@@Dinamikass Looking at the mechanism, there is a ramp on the nut assembly so I would wonder if the unit could reset itself? Or maybe be manually reset my turning the output shaft?
I have replaced it to used one, and programed it. I am not sure what is problem with that, could be brushes in motors, but there yo get new motors.....
