Have a question if anybody can help me out . so i am sublimating on my ceramic ornaments . and every time i heatpress it, i can see residue of the paper . i tried to clean it, but it does not come off. What am i doing wrong?

You might want to add that when you use the glass ornament on the matte side you will not reverse the image.

Have you tried different heat settings? Or different paper?
Sounds like you are heating to high of temp or pressing too long.
What size beads did you use?
Hi what program did you use to design?
